LeAnn is the most helpful and pleasant Cricket employee I have ever dealt with!! She was the ONLY employee in the store at the time and she was just calm and not flustered. She helped everyone with a smile on her face. She got my Son's new phone set up and made him happy!! She is amazing! She defines "great customer service"!

I went here last night thinking I had to buy a new phone/service because the one I have through T-mobile locked me out and I couldn't get into my phone all day. Ash was extremely helpful and she actually got it working again. Right before coming here I went to T-mobile by Target and they didn't even try, they just printed out a paper on how to try to attempt to reset the lock code through a website. I will be switching to Cricket very soon!!!

Sometimes it takes a while to get in and out, but I think that it is a ploy to get you talking. There is always something new to discuss with these gentlemen, from cell phone features to current events.. Just have heart and before you know it everything is done and taken care of and you genuinely feel better. There are no gimmicks, upselling, or people pushing you into something that you don't want.. (Although, it is technology, so what is not to want?!). There is just a peaceful environment of communication, Although no where for us tall people to sit. I enjoy my every trip to this store. Thanks guys!

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Switched cell phone carriers because of price. Got four free phones, unlimited data, on four lines for a hundred dollars amonth. No hidden fees, $100 complete. Six months now, no problems.
