Electronic Express

Stopped by looking for a SD card reader, Target >$30, BestBuy >$14, Electronic Express <$3.

Asked a sales person where SD card readers are, he said "they're up front behind the counter, feel free to look around and if you're ready come up front" I went up front he showed be the different readers they had and prices, I went to pay he asked for a phone number which I declined to give, he was understanding and said "no problem, please consider it next time you come in" and I appreciated them not being pushy about making an account with them or trying to upsell me something I might not even need.

They have a clean store, pretty good verity of items, sales people are NOT pushy.
One thing I would like to see more of in store would be actual computer component, GPUs, CPUs, RAM, Storage. I know it's probably not a big market item for them but I feel a few high end components with competitive pricing would work out well for an in store item.

Casey answered all pur questions we possibly had and made our experience very pleasant.

The manager they had working was very welcoming aswell. He asked people what they needed help with and directed them to the associate in that department.

Went in looking fir a basic washer and dryer for my newly purchases home. Found a beautiful SAMSUNG front load washer dryer for 53% off. Was only $200.00 more than a basic white washer/dryer combo. The staff was amazing. They helped me load them on my trailer. Just awesome.

This was a fantastic shopping experience, Rico was my salesman and he truly cares about the customer. I bought the 77” LG C3 OLED TV and it would not fit in my wife’s SRX, so Rico and Noah took it out of the box and placed it in the vehicle for me, and then Rico called me later that day to see how things went. I will do business again with electronic express when I upgrade my receiver.

Noah is a excellent customer service specialist I am very pleased with how he handled the sale of our tv and refrigerator he explains everything to you even if the questions was in your mind he will be done answered the question before you can ask. He is very knowledgeable of the items we’re interested in.

It's been two months since I purchased the LG WT7405CW from Arney and his team. Because of the capacity, I went from doing 3-5 loads of clothes per week to doing 2-3. With the quick wash option, the loads are done in 30-40 minutes. The washer is easy to use and sounds smooth when it is operational.

If you're looking for a large capacity washer with a traditional agitator -- not the shorter, smaller removable agitators in other models, I would highly recommend this one. It's been great for bed sheets, blankets, and towels.

Thank you to Vaughn and Casey at the Clarksville location. Their customer service and knowledge gave me the confidence to pick this model to fit my needs. I really appreciate the patience and you guys answering all my questions.

I almost forgot about this place, but we went there to get a gaming PC. Donyel (or something close to that) was an excellent and knowledgeable sales rep. He was super helpful, and we are very happy with the pricing and service. I feel like their prices are as good, if not better than the other local big box electronics retailer.

Went everywhere in town cause I needed a card reader today. Everywhere else said they do t carry them anymore and would have to order them online. I found this place on a Google search and they had plenty. The staff were excellent and took me right to what I needed

Shout out to Rico! He helped me hunt down the exact TV I came in there for and also helped compare and made sure I was making the right decision. It's not every day you buy a TV and this gentleman made sure I left with the right one. Great location, a staff that's willing to help, and honest sales. I'll definitely be coming back here if I need any other appliances or electronics.

Received fast friendly and personalized service. Rico has vast knowledge and understanding of laptops and computer devices that are in stock, he was able to assist us with the item that we were looking for and actually found a more advanced laptop at lower price than quoted from previous advertisement/company. Additionally, he was able to explain what we were getting under the warranty so we felt very comfortable with purchasing it.

Update:

After weeks of back and forth, Electronic Express made things the way they should be and replaced the dryer. The new dryer works like a charm. The schedule and delivery was very fast once everything was all worked out.

Let me start off by saying the cliché “if I could leave zero stars I would.” I bought this dryer a little over a year ago in April of 2021. Come June of 2022 the dryer has burnt through the cable. So I contacted electronic express and was told to call Samsung since the dryer was still under warranty. Samsung comes out and points out Electronic Express didn’t use the right screws and the third screw was arcing causing it to short and burn the cable. I have documents from Samsung to prove it, so I brought this up to the local electronic express in clarksville, Tn. After two weeks of trying to hear back from them the store manager denied any wrong doing stating I didn’t purchase a dryer cable through them despite electronic express doing the delivery and install. If it was a requirement why was I never told on the front end or upon delivery. Shady, shady business. Now I’m forced to try to get corporate involved and see if we can come to a resolution. Will update in the future. As for now, go to Best Buy or anywhere else to purchase appliances.

Awesome customer service, I was assisted by a customer service representative named Rico who was very patient with me and knowledgeable on the products in house. He helped steer me to the perfect gaming chair based off the desires I had. Definitely will come back.

Went to store with the intention of just browsing for a television for my guess room and not expecting to find much. After looking around and about wrapping up my experience I was greeted by Rico who informed me of a great deal that I couldn’t pass up (that I literally did walk past lol) he was very patient and informative as I had questions which he knocked out of the park, another associate Ms. Mika, was another wonderful addition to an already great experience with updating all of my information in the system and helping with scheduling my pickup and going over warranty options. Everyone in the store was kind, friendly, approachable and receptive. If I could give ten stars for my experience I would. Go see Rico and Mika for all of your electronic needs and assistance.

Electronic Express was a wonderful choice for a washer and dryer. When we walked into the facility we had the grand tour from an associate named Hunter. He answered all the questions I had and even made the paperwork a breeze. I highly reccomend anyone looking for their next big electronic invest to come here.
