Fantastic staff and facility! For every referral you get a new juice worth $30! They're extremely knowledgable about their products and have a pretty expansive juice/flavor selection. Ethan (I’m bad with names so I’m praying that’s what it was) was freaking AMAZING. I had no idea about the type of vape I was swapping to and he was out of this world with details and extremely knowledgeable. His customer service was fabulous, this guy could have talked me into buying anything! Lol In all seriousness though, he did a fantastic job and helped me get exactly what I needed. I went back the next day and the manager who was working that day did absolutely not disappoint either. Both were such gentlemen with no question being too crazy for them. I will never go to another vape store (and I’ve been to so many where they were either unprofessional or just didn’t care) not these guys. Get all your vape needs here, you won’t regret it! Thank you guys!!!

Everytime I've ever been in saffire vapor in Wilma Rudolph I've had great experiences!!! Funny is amazing! I've never come in with a problem that he couldn't solve for me and he did it very quickly! Great customer service, very friendly, clean store. If i could rate more than 5 stars I would.

Saffire Vapor is far and away THE best vape shop anywhere. The folks are knowledgeable and friendly, and super helpful. They are incredibly patient and kind. If you're new to vaping, they will answer all questions and explain thoroughly. You never feel rushed or like you're just a number. They have a tasting bar where you can try the flavors to see what you like. I have been using them for years, and won't go anywhere else anymore. They absolutely go above and beyond. They will get everything set up and going for you, and show you how to do anything. They will troubleshoot and help with any issues you're having. Special shouts-out to Josh and Heather, both of whom have the patience of Job. Thank you all!

Best shop in clarksville! I can not say enough good things about this store!! My go to guy of course is Vinni! You got a problem he will do everything and I seriously mean anything to fix your problem. He makes the best coils and is also known as the coil guy! Seriously stop in and ask for Vinni! You will not be disappointed, like never will you be disappointed.

Safire is the only place I like to go really. It has a casual atmosphere to me. Staff is easy to talk with when I stop by. They have a nice selection of flavors, tanks, and cleaning accessories to put out there with fair pricing.

Good vape shop and very nice and helpful staff. Decent prices as well. The first thing I notice was the atmosphere was clean and welcoming rather than some dark dank hole in the wall on skid row. Nice establishment all around.

My go to shop. Never leave disappointed. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick and fair priced. Even stayed past closing for me when I was driving from work in Nashville so I could get a new charger to keep vaping. Love this shop.

The BEST vape shop in Clarksville, hands down. Rachel is 100% committed to ensuring customers leave satisfied, and the whole rest of the crew makes sure that happens. Vinny and Josh are fantastically knowledgeable about the products and always take care of their customers no matter what. They know there's competition out there, and they retain business by treating you right! Their Full Steam line is the only juice I use. Even though I recently moved to Nashville, I still get my juice & coils at the Clarksville location because they're the BEST!

Great surroundings, friendly people, and great service/products. Vinny, Rachel, Josh, Tom, Sarah, and Linda are all aweaome employees and always treat people with the best attitude and customer service possible. They are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. Saffire is the only place I go in town. They have the best flavors and pricing in clarksville. My recent perchance was the 0.15 ohm nickel coil for my subtank mini on a smoktech m80 plus mod. Temperature control! I'm loving the coil. The flavor is Red October, best taste out of any flavor there. 80 watts on 900°f or 55 watts on 700°f. NO DRY HITS AT ALL! Thank you guys, and be expecting me back very soon.

I don’t understand the 1 star people. One comment even said it was “too smokey”!
One said their mother was forced or pushed into buying extra stuff. Come on people. Y’all must be either talking about a different place or want something for nothing.

I have been there many times over the past couple years and have never been pushed to buy anything. The mod and juice selection is substantial enough for any vape user. The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable. No, I am not a “hipster”, in fact, probably the polar opposite.

One more thing, I travel the country and to Canada regularly and visit vape shops (usually to purchase juice). The only real differences are the flavors of juice (as expected) and prices. The prices here are actually lower than in other states.
If one is comparing a Clarksville vape shop to a Clarksville vape shop then you are sampling water from the same pool.

what to say about Saffire Vapor in Clarksville , simply put these guys are awesome. I recently purchased a mod from them for my Aspire Atlantis, I ended up having some trouble with it ( just wasn't working properly ) I went into the store, thinking this was going to be a lot of trouble, the staff was very polite and sympathetic to my issues, replaced it with a completely different model, no questions asked, overall best experience with a vape shop hands down, I would recommend them to anyone
