The customer service here is great and they have a good selection of popular models of mods and devices, juices and coils. I will definitely continue to shop here.

Went to two different shops to find a single coil for my nord 4 and a pod. Found it here. Also found an extensive line of the monster flavor. From an assortment of fruit monster, ice monster, and custard monster. Even a tobacco monster, and some pumpkin spice as well. Definitely recommend!

Went to this shop this afternoon around 4pm. At the very least I can say, the help and customer service I received was above and beyond. I don't remember the young man's name but his customer service, knowledge, and helpfulness was just amazing. If you looking for a Vape shop that cares about their customer, I suggest you give this one a try.

Very clean and simple yet nicely set up store. They have lovely staff who are always sweet and knowledgeable about their products. Brandon p. Has been my favorite worker since far. He is very sweet and really knows his shit. He was able to easily point me in the direction of what I wanted. I will most definitely come back for more juice and vape products.

Everytime I’ve been in this store, I always get great service. Jeremy and Isiah are always the ones I see there. Very knowledgeable and has patience with me everytime I’m in there. I’m annoying bc I want to taste different flavors. Never have they lost their cool or flew off the hand with me.
I’m a loyal client with Vapor USA. If they had a rewards card or a program, that would even be better. Not only to help out the business, but to spread the word to the community.

Love this place !!! Always very helpful anytime I have any problem with any of my mods or juices they r the first to help and first to have all the answers to my questions. They definitely saved me from spending tons of money for no reason they're very honest and great staff. And have tons of variety on juices and have some of the best and new mods and tanks if you haven't been here please come see them great prices !!!!! seriously great prices.

Great and friendly staff. Has an area to sit down and set up your mods after you buy them. The owner knows a lot about his products and can easily get you set up with what you need, be it new atomizers, new juices (which they have a great selection of) or even just getting your first vape and setting it up. The prices are also a lot better than the other vape stores in the area, so give em a try!

The guys at the shop have been very helpful with their recommendations, and I never feel like I wasted money after visiting. The atmosphere is pretty chill and even when a few people are being helped already I don't feel like I have to wait too long.

Got a dud for a product, brought it back and worker attempted to fix it. Did everything he could to help me, and ended up replacing it completely. First time going here but is definitely the best vape shop in the area.

Helped me pick out a new mod that was perfect for me. Even tested my old one with extra parts to make sure a new one was necessary, first. Great prices, great 1:1 service!
