Big Lots

Since the remodel and other changes made last year this stop has really stepped it up. The wide aisles new easy roll carts were great improvement, shelves are much easier to shop and the inventory has expanded. The employees were helpful and seemed to be enjoying working there. Young man at the register was super good. If it's been a while since you've been in go check it out.

I’m a trucker I’ve delivered to this store great people fast unloading but they really need to do something about there receiving docks not made for semi trucks and no room as there’s a drop off right beside you.

I always go to Biglots for decorations for the return policy and the discounts. It's too bad they aren't more popular but I love the store

We stopped in today at the Clarksville TN location on Riverside. We had a great experience with Stacy. She was professional, extremely helpful in answering our questions and really took care of us. We brought home a beautiful Broyhill sectional and ottoman. Stacy gave us options for 3rd party delivery. We had our new furniture in our home within 2 hours of purchase. I have never had a bad experience with Big Lots. That's why I give him a fight because I've never had one time that was a bad transaction or customer service.

Walked in, picked out the recliner I wanted, they had it in stock, the staff was more than helpful, then we loaded it up and I left. Great price and it's comfy and holding up really well. Very pleased.

I came here today for the first time after the remodel and had such a great experience. The store looks great, the staff was very helpful, and the selection was good. Everything was organized well and very clean. Many of the employees spoke to me and made sure that I found what I needed. They treated me so well, joked with us, and even shared a snack with my babies. I definitely recommend and I will definitely visit again.

The staff has always been friendly and completely willing to help. The pricing and quality fit a discount store I think. Although it's not a place I would go for fancy stuff, I've gotten some good stuff for great prices. Most recently I got 2 rugs that are working out perfect! I enjoy just browsing to see what I come across!

This Big Lots is awesome! If you need furniture for a good price, check them out. They had a great mixture of household items as well as groceries. The maintenance of the store was clean and easy to get around... to many times you go into a store and get lost here you can see the isles. Overall I went in for swimming gear and to check out what they had. Next thing you know I have movies, food, and pool stuff. The cashier a was super nice and kind, and the manager was moping. Overall I really like this store, will definitely be back. Thank you for what you do Big Lots!

Amazing remodeled store. Very clean, and very affordable prices. Presently as of 5/25/19 they have a wonderful memorial day sale with huge discounts. We got a 10x12 screened canopy for $350. Super pleased with our experience.

This Big Lots was large, spacious and it was clean. It had a variety of different furniture to choose from and quickly searched their inventory when we asked about a specific product. The furniture purchase we did was quick,painless ,and easy. They also offered us a Big Lots credit card which we did not know was a offer when we shopped at different Big Lots. Daryl, the store manager was pleasant and polite and answered our questions. Will visit again.

Haven't been there for awhile but have always enjoyed Big Lots..alot of decorations and good bargains. I picked up some good things this trip.

Store is very clean. Prices were pretty good on alot of their items. Didnt have any interaction with staff except at the checkout. The lady was so helpful and sweet. Definitely would recommend people to go

This store was very organized and clean. The folks working there were very friendly and helpful when we couldn't find what we were looking for. Good selection of merchandise and good prices also.

They carry stuff you can't find anywhere else including from other countries. Unfortunately the stock changes constantly so what you find one day may never be there again. I loved the Mexican ice cream but they haven't had it anymore. If you find something you like, buy a lot because you may not be able to later.

I always have a great interaction with staff they go out of their way the stores always clean the furniture is always great can't say nothing about this store big lots have come a long way staff has come a long way and I love shopping there keep going big lots you're great!!!!

I love our newly renovated big lots! I love the layout and I especially love the fact that you can go in regardless of your budget and find what you need!And it's loaded with tons of gift ideas for the holidays! Every employee I ran into asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. Great customer service!

I purchased a new mattress and a recliner. Purchased 2 orthopedic pillows and two free! Very comfortable. And a king size sheet set. I got for half the price. And a beautiful throw blanket as well. Everything I purchased was on sale. I wasn't expecting this when I got there. But I'm so happy I went there to shop. Mattress and recliner was delivered the same day on Sunday at 3:30pm like the salesman said. I am very pleased with my purchase!!! I even got a discount on my recliner. It was a floor show model. So I got cheaper than expected. I recommend Big Lots to everyone. Nice and friendly service. I will shop there again. Five star rating.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
