This has been my local convenience store for almost 8yrs. Just about every employee is courteous - this includes not yakking early morning when I don't feel like it! - and I appreciate the heck out of them. Almost always swamped since so small but they manage it great...seriously should get raises!!

Great location for those on a road trip who need to fuel up before leaving town. I did so today and loved the convenience of not having to go somewhere out of my way to get a good price on gas. Everything was quick and efficient at the pump. No complaints here.

Cashiers are very friendly but the store itself is lacking . Always out of Sierra Mist and Strawberry ice cream . I was told by one of their employees that Kroger has strawberry ice cream and Sierra Mist and it is less than a quarter mile away , so I just go Kroger instead now , thank you :)

Small....small selection...time for an update...this is Knoxville...pilot/ flying j headquarters.....as a truck driver I visit these stores across the country...this is my local store and would love to see an update...

The staff was not the greatest ive dealt with at a pilot. I had a few questions about merchandise and how that item worked (Large refillable Pilot Mug) and was basically shrugged off. I went ahead and purchased the mug and filled it with ice and water to discover little brown bits in the ice. I personally will not stop at this store ever again. I will however continue to use pilot/flying J because they are my favorite chain.

Just another understaffed Pilot. Be prepared to wait to pay the highest prices for just about anything. 2 stars because a couple of the cashier girls are cute.
