They answer my question on my battery and what i need to do,but i still have trouble with it charging i think it needs a new battery don't know where to get one.

Diane helped me this time and the last time I bought new phones. This time I added an additional line & purchased a new phone. I was unsure about the charge for anything and Diane made everything as easy as it could be. And to top it off she had me in and out in little to no time. Diane was professional and I would highly recommend Cricket as well as Diane!

Very good experience I love the workers Deanna and her co-worker who were very attractive and very helpful I also love that they let me change my phone number and also rest and sit down while waiting for my ride I hope they get more chairs for people on the outside and inside as well along with a indoor public restroom I strongly recommend going there and I will be returning
