Cheryl helped me save on my phone bill and gave the smoothest setup of two phones I've had in a long time! Walked away super happy with my setup kit. She was the best rep I've spoken to at a cable/phone company in many years, excellent service with tons of compassion and charisma! She set me and my girl up with a new phone and kept our numbers, saved us 40 on our phone bill and got upgrades for both of us. Cheryl needs a promotion and a hearty raise in my opinion!! Hope she makes employee of the month and gets a bonus on top of it all!!!!

Thanks to the young man,Noah I am now a Spectrum Mobile customer. He worked tirelessly to change both devices over and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the great customer service I received. It is such a rarity today.

Switched from cricket. I've had spectrum internet for years but have their mobile now & so glad I switched. So glad to have 1 bill & cheaper with internet & 3 lines.

Probably one of the easiest trips I have ever had to a phone store.

The Lady who helped my Mom and I was so very kind and sensitive to my elderly mother. She had to bring my Dad's death certificate, in order to change our cable package. I appreciated her sweet and gentle way she handled that with Mom. That says so much about an individual. Has been our experience with every encounter we have had with Spectrum employees. Keep being kind ❣ made our day so much easier . Thank you so much !!!!

Service Repair Tech, Jeff Lance, from the Shelby, NC facility was fantastic. He arrived on time, evaluated the problem, suggested an improved routing of the broken cable line, and went straight to work. Outstanding Tech in every way. Every employer should be so lucky as to have an employee like Jeff. Please be sure he is recognized for his extra efforts as he was awesome!

I've only been once, but customer service was very attentive n helpful. They help me get service to my mothers assisted living room to enjoy her television programs again.
They even came out several times to help the ladies to learn the remote s again. Thank you, Spectrum for this quality service you shown.

I had to go to the Spectrum Shelby office yesterday for a service question and what a pleasant experience it was. Michael waited on me and was very knowledgeable, but not only that, he was pleasant and could carry on a conversation. Customer service is not always what it used to be.....so great job Spectrum and Michael.

I needed to replace two cable boxes that were messed up by lightning. I was quickly checked in and after a few minutes the boxes were quickly replaced. They had obvious markings for staying 6 ft apart.

Great customer service. Love Spectrum. It was quick visit just to switch a cable that got chewed up by one of our animals. They were so nice and helpful. I like the way you sign in and the way they have the cell phones set up

Got a new phone and changed my service to Spectrum from verizon because I could not get sufficient help with the problems my phone was giving me. My little brother told me the problem was actually my phone because I couldn't call some but could text. This was more than the techs from verizon could tell me. They blamed everybody else's providers. No it was really my phone itself that needed to be replaced

Its kind of up in the air, they gave me the equipment, i did pay for internet & cable,said, follow instructions which I was told, easy to put together,(LOL,LOL,)ended up calling my son, then we call support #for help, and even they had a hard time so now I'm waiting for an expert should be here between 5&6pm WISH ME LUCK, hope he doesn't cancel cause of the snow. Its 652pm and the tech is here,and he has to add a line outside cause the one I have is obsolete, you talk about great service, well im receiveing it, this young man has been working since 8am, thank you Spectrum I hope you appreciate this employee Joshua, I sure do. My grandson name is Joshua, biblical and a wonderful way to end the evening. Alls well that ends well.

Well looks like everyone is having trouble with them I have had service with them for awhile now and haven't had any major issues other than customer service. Equipment is working just fine I haven't had any hidden fees or increase on the bill. I can tell a difference now that charter bought them out but so far so good I have had them all Dish , Direct , charter , AT&T they are all bad if spectrum does not work out for me then I will just keep the internet and stream + Showbox trust me people there are alot of options out there just got to know where to look.

Service member was helpful and she had a refreshingly pleasant attitude. I dislike dealing with Spectrum but this vist was nice

They were nice and removed the services without trying to sell me other services
