I go into the store all the time and the people who work there are phenomenal. Especially this women charli, she is very friendly and helps with everything you need. And the gas is cheaper there than anywhere else I have been in lynchburg. This is definitely my go-to store!

I just observed the hardship of one of my favorite store clerks. This valero store is a local family operated business. When I say family I mean the employees act and treat each other and their customers as if they are exactly that. Family. Hands down it is MY STORE. I frequent this gas station daily because the customer service exceeds expectation and is a break from even the harshest of days. All of the staff interact and get to know us customers on a first name basis. They truly care about each and everyone of them. Beyond that u can't beat the gas prices. Unfortunately tonight I watched my favorite store clerk be subject to nothing less than verbal and emotional abuse by a belligerent customer who apparently can not read a sign. The sign outside advertising $1.77 clearly says cash price. A woman would not accept that the sign states cash price and that gas is 5 cents more expensive if you pay with card. The lady storms and the store and immediately gets confrontational while charli tries to explain the difference in cash price vs card price. This explanation is unacceptable to this intolerable woman. She continues to escalate the situation making a show in front of the whole store and the cashier looks at her and says "ma'am im going to refund ur money, you do not have to purchase gas here" the lady finds this option un acceptable and tells this nice young lady just that and that the clerk should call the cops. Which is exactly what the clerk did. And then the lady leaves. There were multiple customers here and one elder woman stuck around just to make sure the my friendly neighborhood clerk was safe.
Multiple customers who frequent this store were in the store and yes she does go and help an elderly man who comes to play the machines and conversates with him. She is home away from home for many. Men and women.

This is where I love to get gas. Great prices.

Cheapest gas in town Except you have to pay in cash.

Your not getting the gas you pay for. On screen said 4.6 gallons and I measured and it was only 3.4 that came out in my gas can. Never going back there again.

IF THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD.....THE LADY AT THE FRONT WAS IN THE BACK PLAYING THE GAMES THAN SHE FINISHED AND DECIDED TO COME HELP ME I ASKED HER ABOUT THE PRICE AND DHE WAS RUDE SHE STARTED YELLING AT ME I ASKED FOR A MANAGER SHE CALLS HER FRIEND...SHE WAS RUDE ALSO TO AN ELDERLY PERSON AS WELL...CHEAP GAS BAD SERVICE

This place is a joke I was just in the store and the clerk was yelling at a customer she than followed the customer outside taking her photos I do not recommend going here I myself will never return
