I had a very good experience.
James, Julie and 1 other make up artist (can't remember her name) were really patient, helpful and understanding of my many needs. I have such a hard time at my older age and health conditions along with sensitivities. They made the overwhelming experience of choosing items for me to try much more tolerable. Guys Thank y'all for being patient 🙏 with me and my anxieties while trying to find items best suited for me.

Jackie was so incredibly helpful with all of my questions! She was very welcoming, informative and helped me shade match the Dior and Armani foundations well. Thanks to her, I’m sure I’ll get a good foundation match.

David was AWESOM!!! As someone who is literally a beginner. I had walked in and straight out of Ulta prior to coming here. And the Makeup Gods did that. David was such a wonderful and helpful employee. I have never used foundation and have been wanting to give it a shot. And the experience David provided me was top notch went above and beyond helping me to find what worked for me and providing different options and did not try to push expensive products on me by offering trials instead of actually purchasing. I really appreciated that although I just went ahead and purchased everything full sized. I will definitely be back to this location. David if your reading this thank you very much you made my day making me feel beautiful again and getting that self love back 🙌🏼💗

Very nice staff members they help me with products for my skin type is very sensitive. They directed me. What a lots of products that help me along the way. Love it love all the products.

My LBA Cali was awesome! She helped me color match foundation and offered samples of 2 I liked to try at home. Being able to test them with my normal routine was a game changer and now I know for sure I'm making the right purchase. I had several LBAs ask if I needed help which was a nice change than going to some places when I have needed assistance but couldn't find anyone. So thank you again!

Honestly, I always enjoy coming to this specific location. Everyone is always so helpful, and thank you, Alexa. You were absolutely wonderful, and thank you to the person who checked me out. This is exactly why I keep coming back. The attitude is phenomenal .

Lovely store! Everyone there is very knowledgeable, approachable and extremely nice!! I came in looking for dry shampoo and an under eye cream and Gabrielle was able to help me and find recommendations for affordable and higher quality skin care. I will be back soon!!

This was our first time visiting this location. They had a great variety of products, almost all of which were fully stocked! During our visit Alexis helped us find several products of interest, she was very polite and provided us with great recommendations as well as information about the item.

Honestly one of the best Sephora’s i’ve ever been too, right when I walked in they helped me out and couldn’t have been nicer. I was greeted right away with a welcoming smile, beautiful makeup and a positive, professional atmosphere. I walked in knowing exactly what I needed: a high quality purple shampoo to save my bleached hair, and left with exactly that. Pretty expensive for such a small amount it feels like here but it’s okay because it’s Sephora and make up is always a bank breaker LOL. But definitely don’t go to Sephora if you’re on a budget. The only reason I went is because I have a gift card.

Found some great deals here as well as wonderful products. They are always helpful when you need help finding products and if the product that you're looking for isn't there they always suggest something similar. I appreciate their hard work.

this store is awesome! the employees are extremely kind and helpful and there are so many brand aisles with tons of stuff to explore. they had an amazing fragrance selection! even fragrance by Kilian that i haven’t been able to try anywhere else! i was lacking in positive in-store Sephora experiences until i came here. i appreciate the wonderfulness of this store and its lovely employees! ♥

When this store first opened, the service was VERY lackluster. I went in yesterday and the service was amazing. They offered great recommendations and tips and really listened to what I needed in a product. This was my best experience in a Sephora store. Great job making the changes needed to have customers walk out happy!

The woman that assisted me was Val I think but not positive, she was natural and was so helpful and even found my headphone I left in the basket when I was heading out. I wanted Haus Labs foundation because I was used to Fenty and they got rid of the lighter more natural foundation so I was ready to try Lady Gaga’s foundation since it’s buildable and has amazing ingredients like arnica and the thing is that I’m Italian and have green undertones and neutral foundation usually leaves an orange tint so it’s usually a long annoying process for me, especially in the mall with those obnoxiously bright lights. The assistant chose two different shades and took me to the window to get an accurate look. I’ve never had such a natural looking foundation in my life. I’m so happy with the service here and the fact they have natural light coming from outside is extremely helpful, so thank you so much for being so accommodating!

This Sephora has tons of beauty brands especially just for opening, although I imagine they will continue to expand to the full ranges of each. Some of the brand collections are limited at the moment.
Karen was helpful color matching me to a foundation I was looking at. They will help you order with free shipping if they’re out of the product. Staff is super friendly. Everything is very clean and organized which is much appreciated!
