Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

My first visit was a "wow experience" from start to finish. No line, super friendly pro behind the counter, full understanding of what I needed, color-matched paint ready in less than 15 minutes (I was somehow sure it'd take several days -- every other custom work in other industries seems to take at least that long), excellent price, and ultimately the exact shade of paint that I needed for my house. I'm 100% satisfied and highly recommend this store.

Wow. INCREDIBLE customer service. I truly could not be more impressed. Benjamin helped me match my wooden stairs to vinyl flooring (and a guy whose name started with Z but i cant remember it!!)

They were all incredibly nice and beyond helpful and giving me tips and tricks for staining properly all along the way.

Great customer service- knowledgeable staff and they ensured i had the "right" color. We were trying to match existing paint and it took a few custom mixes. I plan to repaint the deck and will definitely be back. A+

I was in the Sherwin Williams William Cannon store today, and had a great experience, as I have had the past 4-5 times I have been in the store. I am an interior painter (in the business almost 20 years) and have found both Todd and Corbin to be extremely helpful and knowledgable in answering my questions. They are friendly, and respectful, and also call me by my name, I have never had a problem with rudeness or horrible service. I think my husband's name will come out on this post, but I (Niki Ratliff) am The Painting Lady. I will also add that I have been using Sherwin Williams Emerald Paint for 3 rooms for a client this week, and I am LOVING this paint! Would highly recommend it!

Absolutely REMARKABLE service at this location. A phone conversation with another branch led to an error in mixing and the manager and Associate at this Branch worked to correct it. We have always used Sherwin-Williams paint, and now we have been assured their commitment to service, we will forever be patrons and promoters of their services.

Corbin was so helpful. He helped me fix an issue with another store and was very kind. I will say the other guy that was doing my paint, I was a little nervous of getting what I wanted right as he had a lot of questions for Corbin. But overall it was a good experience and will be back.

Sherwin Williams is above the top on helping you with questions and offering advice. I always go to them for help and they are extremely knowledgeable about what they sell. The one at William Cannon and 1st Street is the go to place...I don't even have to be buying something...if I have a question they are there to assist. My previous experiences with Sherwin Williams showed me they stand behind the products they sell. You might pay a little more than you would at Home Depot but if your after quality than go to S.W.
