I frequent this UPS store often and their staff is always efficient, supportive and friendly. It’s convenient and a great place to get a scan, copies, shipping, and even printing done. I’ve only had great experiences over the 9 years I’ve lived in this area with this business. Check them out!

I come to this UPS store frequently for my printing and other needs. The employees at this store are always happy to help. Ashtyn has helped me multiple times that I’ve been here and she always has a smile on her face. I always feel welcomed here and have never had an issue in this store. The employees also are very quick to get customers through the line, so even if it looks like there is going to be a wait, you will be helped shortly!

Maedzy, has Customer service skills very helpful, great attitude with customers. She deserves a raise.
Everyone and shift was very kind and polite to everybody.

Daniel was incredibly friendly as I walked into the store on a busy Monday morning. He was seamlessly multitasking packing up orders, assisting people on the kiosks and offering help. I usually go to another UPS Store closer to my house but will be making this my primary location for Daniel’s service alone! It was perfect!

Love this location !! Every time I go in to UPS to do some Amazon returns I am greeted right as I walk in by Maedzy. She has been very helpful on each of my visits! she is extremely courteous and helpful.

This UPS Store has been very helpful since I moved to South Austin and today Maedzy was a huge help using professional packing services for the first time and she shined with great, kind service. I was very impressed, she was very thorough and super sharp, which made it easy and she processed my item very quickly. She is always helpful along with the rest of the staff whenever I visit here, I appreciate everyone's efforts :)

I also have a personal box here has been great so that packages don't get stolen and checked in safely and can pick them up when it is convenient. Definitely would recommend if you are in the area for shipping needs or personal box if you want a secure spot that accepts all deliveries.

My family recently moved to South Austin and this UPS store is by far the best one I’ve ever visited. The store was clean and spacious and Daniel who helped us was really nice and attentive! I’d highly recommend here for any postal services!!

I go to the ups store a lot. But this was my first trip to the UPS store on westgate. And let me tell you, Ashtyn was by far the best ups store employee i’ve ever interacted with. This place is always clean and the staff are obviously comfortable in their roles. They’re knowledgeable, they greet you promptly (even when it’s busy) and nothing’s ever a problem. That’s pretty much all I want when shipping my art off to clients. Repeat customer⚡
