AT&T Store

I had such a positive experience at this store! Only waited about 5 minutes for someone to help me the first time I came in as I needed help transferring data from my old phone to my new phone. Lionel took care of me and was so helpful, kind and patient. I had to go back a second time as one app did not transfer. Lionel again was very helpful even looking up videos to try to solve the problem. In the end he was able to take care of the issue! If you need to go to this ATT store ask for Lionel. He is great!

Sierra was awesome. She solved a problem that multiple phone reps failed to resolve. Great work!

Had an excellent experience at the AT&T store in hillside crossing. I could not get my replacement phone to transfer through the cloud and frank Lionel were huge help. They solved the issue immediately, then helped me through getting phone set up. They were both very personable and were very patient and very helpful answering my questions about different apps.

Was able to get an account fast and the service by Lionel was great! Made everything easier and helped us through the process!

Walked in and I was greeted by Lionel immediately, his customer service was awesome exactly what anyone would ask for when trading in their phone!!

Great friendly service actually we went to just check about port from different networks after talk to Mr.Frank we decided to moves to AT&T network, he is the person who’s knows well about customer expatiation and know about their company ..appreciate his work 👏👏🤝

I came in to fix a canceled order and Lionel had me taken care of quickly to replace the order and with a great attitude.

The associates were very friendly as knowable. They helped me very quickly with professionalism

Phenomenal experience. The best customer service experience I have experienced in quite a long time. Ada the manager is a fierce fighter for her customers. She has the patience of Job. Ada is extremely knowledgeable about AT&T products and services. Jennesa held my hand through the whole terrible experience while trying to port out from Xfinity mobile. These two ladies are the epitome of customer service. Love love them. Thank you Ada and Jennesa.
