Very clean, organized and staff is great! Very nice and helpful and pleasant.

Consistently we find the shoes and boots we want for the price we are willing to pay. Start in the back in both the men's and women's closeout sections. This time, we both found two pairs of boots and shoes that we were looking for, sometimes we only find one pair or no pairs in the closeout sections. We always find what we want, whether it is discounted or in their normal price areas. Vast selection. It seems more self service although the employees are nice and helpful if you approach them.

Nice shoes for my son to wear for school.

The person was courteous that help me. They did not carry a majority of FILA athletic shoes in stock. But the person that was helping me was willing to order them online and deliver them straight to my house. I would definitely come here to get shoes and if they don't have them in stock they will order them right to you so that way you can get athletic shoes delivered to you or pick up in the store.

I'm very particular about my shoes, they have to feel *just right*. Years ago I used to go from store to store looking for the 'right' shoes, and I always ended up finding what I want at Shoe Carnival. I long ago stopped store-hopping and always only go to Shoe Carnival now. Plus, the staff there is always polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Purchased 2 prs shoes online, very easy. 1 pair didn't fit. Shoe carnival paid for return shipping and credited my account. I was thinking I could return to store but apparently if you purchase on line you can only return by mail. Return Dept very helpful and friendly

Excellent selection very well kept management as well as staff are amazing and went above and beyond to help my family and I we have been coming here for several years and each time has been wonderful sincerely thank you to the amazing staff

The manager he's a hard worker every time im there he's resetting the shoe aisles the place is always clean I'm taking my 1 star and turning it into a 5 star review for him. You dont see many mgrs work this hard so often maybe he just had a rough day

Has a wide variety of great shoe brands with constant and new promotion everyday. It has the cheap for the penny Pinchers and the expensive for the people who want the nikes. Staff is INCREDIBLE AWESOME, the best I have ever seen in any shoe store. Responsive, responsible, and reliable. With the great deals and easy viewing, I personally love shoe carnival.

I love this store. I am by no means a shoe fanatic so I appreciate being able to come in and quickly find a terrific pair of shoes in my size. Fair prices. The is the first store I go to when I need shoes and I never need to go to another shoe store.

So the sale is buy one get the other one 1/2 off the red and white tags..Busy but still clean with some order as it was crowded.Helpful staff who have been there since 6am.Answered all questions and were sweet.Plenty of parking.Great assortment of shoes,boots socks,for men ,women and children.Prices are reasonable.Club membership is free points add up every dollar is a point,for future purchases.Slippers were 1/2 off. I would recommend Shoe Carnival to everyone.

Excellent customer service. I don't recall the name of the associate that helped me but he was great. He was knowledgeable about the item I was interested in. Store was clean and neat.
