We got custom clubs for my husband at this location and Jesse in the golf dept was the absolute best! He went above and beyond from the start to the end. He’s a huge asset to Dick’s! If you need custom clubs, go ask for Jesse!!! And Dick’s….give this guy a raise, you dont want to lose him!!! Thanks for everything, Jesse!

Shoe department very well stocked. Professional sales people!

The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me in selecting a peewee football. He was stocking items and stopped to help me with a friendly smile. It's a very nice sporting goods store and well stocked. It was worth the drive from Marble Falls.

Great all around sporting goods store. From clothes and shoes, to every fine detail you need for each sport you'll find it here. Shoe size selection can sometimes be limited. Very friendly and helpful staff. Usually can find discount coupons online, just search Google for them.

I had a really weird thing happen to me with an online order that was entirely beyond anyone's control, and Reece and his team were so helpful! They didn't have to help me but they chose to hear out what happened and quickly and easily sort it out, even though the issue wasn't due to any error on Dick's part. The customer service at this location is 10/10 fantastic and I'd recommend this store for anyone shopping for sporting goods.

I had the fortuitous pleasure of having Reed help me out in the golf department. I'm a beginner and have often felt intimidated when walking into the golf department. When I say beginner I mean I've used the driving range 3 times. Reed was brilliant. Made me feel confident in the questions I asked and went out of his way to fit me with some new irons that I will definitely purchase all because he cared and did his job.
I'm digging golf and I'm looking forward to dropping a few more $ when I continue to get better.

Couple of months back I drove 3+ hours in my truck to multiple D.S.G. locations all because they said on the phone they had the Co2 canister I needed and could fill it, only to go all the way there and be told they were completely out of Co2, a valve was broken on their fill tank, or no one was on staff to fill the bottle (completely contrary to what I was told on the phone).

Every store just sent me off to a different location without a care in the world, even though I explained to them that it didn't make sense to tell me they could help me on the phone only to turn me away in person (not to mention all the gas I wasted). This one was the only one that offered to make it right after hearing what I had been through and how much I had to drive for a simple Co2 canister/fill, and even though they weren't the store who gave me bad service, they still wanted to make it up to me, a manager got involved and store charged the bottle and the fill, and offered me a gift card to apologize for the bad customer service at the other locations on top of it all, even after I said I wasn't looking to get anything for free, he still insisted, saying that, "This isn't how we treat our athletes (I guess what they call their customers) at D.S.G.".

I'm not going to lie, that was the last day I was ever going to do business with D.S.G., but that whole experience changed it all. Genuinely good customer service is rare these days, and I still tell people about how nice those guys were to help me out like that, everyone says I should write a review when I tell them about it, so here I am. Thank you guys.

Always avoided coming here because I thought I couldn't afford it. I came this time to use a gift card I got for father's day. I was so pleasantly surprised! Bought more than was on my shopping list. I will return because you can almost everything you need.

Very friendly customer service. When there was a long line, they brought not only 1, but three more people over to help. Great location too. Very happy with the selection and the service. If you can't find it in store, they usually always have it online .

This place is a joke. My husband took our daughter for trainers, to cut a long story short she picked numerous pairs to be told, sorry we dont have them in your size, pick something else. At this point my husband gave them her size and said, just show what is in her size as she is clearly getting upset..HE WOULDNT DO IT ..she had to keeping picking until they did have something. She was getting upset as she was on her way to socar and her trainers got wet and only option was a new pair. He could clearly see she was upset as he kept telling her to fo through trainers he didnt have..Wont be spend money in there AGAIN

The Dick's Sporting Goods store in the Hill Country Galleria is an excellent store and location. The staff is helpful and friendly and the parking nearby makes for a easy access.

There are good friends in this place. Watch for their sale and it's definitely a steal. 98 cents shorts and 1 dollar under armour tops is not bad

I live in Dallas and came to this store to get a few things. The shoe dept personnel went out of his way to find my daughters shoes. Had different employees find what I needed.

Christina in the shoe depart did a great job showing me their shoe options and helped me pick out shoes!

If you need your bike serviced, Larry and Jonathan are the best I’ve worked with. They know their stuff.

Took a return without a receipt. (It was a gift) super grateful for the accommodation.
