CVS

We are very pleased with the service we have received today. We were traveling from Dallas and suddenly needed emergency medicine. We stopped at this location and Mr Ronak the pharmacist stepped in to help us. He is very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our issue was resolved within short period.

Had excellent customer service at the pharmacy despite my insurance being an obstacle to fulfilling my prescription.

This location is the best pharmacy I have been to and I have used CVS for years. I had a complicated order as I needed many months of medication since I am living overseas. My insurance was not easy to work with and this team worked with my and spent many hours on the phone with my insurance. I know my old location would not have done any of this. I keep bragging to everyone how wonderful they were and have been to work with. I recommend this location pharmacy. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are absolutely wonderful and a great team to work with. Thank you again for all your help!!

This CVS is bigger than most that I’ve seen before and it’s always very clean and stocked. The workers are nice and the Health Hub is a great option for a lot of things and reasonably priced without insurance.

I happened to stop by at this location the other day and I needed help printing out my coupons and to my surprise my favorite cashier who I have not seen in years walks up to help me. I was so excited to see Jennifer. Seeing her just made my day. She is just a wonderfully sweet and caring person who is a great asset to cvs. I wish her all the best and hope to see her as a manager at one of the cvs in Georgetown.

I have had many wonderful experiences shopping at CVs. I have found that the employees are incredibly thoughtful and always willing to help. Everytime I shop here, the service is friendly and efficient. Will definitely continue shopping here!

I am very thankful for the staff at the pharmacy - Bart and Patti. They are very helpful and kind to their customers. It shows that they genuinely care. While other pharmacies just sell and explain to you your meds, they go above and beyond this. This year, our prescription meds are now included as part of our sky high medical insurance deductible. Their asthma medications each month would cost about $450. Bart and Patti took their time to go through each medicine to determine how we could lower their cost. Bart even went online to the manufacturer's website to look for coupons for me. Seeing nothing, he advised me to call the manufacturer. I just got off the phone with one of the manufacturers and they're sending me (2) $50 coupons for my 2 kids for one of the meds. In the end my 2 kids' meds came out to $248 instead of $450 for this month.

I also appreciate the kind and helpful staff at night. I don't know all their names but one of them is Astair. Whether I talk to them in the store or I call them with questions they are always so helpful, friendly, and polite.

I've driven through at different times and the staff is always incredible. They are attentive and kind. Melissa remembers my name and gives my boys suckers and my dogs treats. I will never go anywhere else.

I have lived near this CVS for going on 4 years and always had a positive experience. The staff members remember my name and have been courteous, respectful, and helpful when I am there.

Always stocked and friendly employees! The pharmacy is incredibly quick and the pharmacists are helpful.

This is really my go to place, cheaper than gas station and more convenient than HEB, with really friendly people and quite helpful. If you need something quick I recommend this place, truly the nice and helpful employees seperate this from your average pharmacy store
