AT&T Store

John was incredible. He was so knowledgable and not only did he help us with our purchase, he helped keep our kids calm but turning on their favorite show. He was truly special and I would go back just to chat with him. Such great service! He knew what he was doing, gave us great information but didn’t oversell us. It made me want to do more business with ATT. Thank you John!

Out of stock of iPhones. Rep was very helpful. He tried his best to locate an iPhone plus for me before Xmas. Thankyou so much for going above and beyond for me.
Unfortunately I still need a blue iPhone plus.

Just switched to AT&T Mobile and it was so easy! The service agent in the store at the Mall at Short Hills, John, was very helpful and took care of everything in just a few minutes.
It was the easiest transition that I have ever experienced with my mobile provider.

My experience at this store was really pleasant. I met Mr. Braxton and his team in June. Kevin created me a new account with Mr. Braxton’s assistant. Mr. Braxton was very humble and friendly. What I liked was the great customer service. Mr. Braxton was very knowledgeable about the service and the plan I was offered. He gave me incentives of why AT&T was a great company to invest in. I personally have been a Verizon customer for years and wanted to see what AT&T offered. I was offered a good service plan with a phone and a watch for a very reasonable price. Overall I have no complaints about this store and would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit. I’m really enjoying my watch!!

There's a reason why this store has such high reviews. When I walked in I was immediately helped by one of the reps there named John. I was looking for a new phone and John gave me a bunch of different options that he knew would work best for me. I was in and out with my new phone and everything synched to the new phone in under 30 minutes! Highly recommend this store if you want high quality service.

The customer service at this AT&T store is fantastic. The reps were friendly and knowledgeable and the manager Miguel was very helpful. If you are ever need of any assistance I definitely recommend this AT&T store. I will definitely be back.

Great experience from the moment i entered the store. John acknowledged me and informed me someone would be helping shortly. The manager Miguel Padilla was warm engaging and professional. His patience and no pressure approach was very much appreciated since i am not in any means a techy. He answered all of my questions with a kind and patient manner and assured me of my purchase. It's this kind of outstanding service that i will only use ATT. Kudos to the team at short hills mall and those who hired this team.

Breyannah was amazing, she super patient and explained everything for even my mom to understand. She is wonderful, straightforward and knew all the details. We are so grateful for her patience and ability to explain things.

So helpful. Addressed my concerns readily. Came from out of town and had some phone issues that weren't 'run of the mill" and they still found a solution for me. Will be back when I need further service to this location!!

Brandon, Miguel (the managers) and Tazeen we’re all fantastic! I was customer of brandon in south jersey before move. I have been calling customer care for weeks trying to get an issue fixed that was done by them and these rockstars were able to fix it in 7 minutes! Definitely recommend this crew and shop for all of your needs. I will be back soon to upgrade phone.

Brendan went above and beyond to help fix my phone. He did an amazing job. AT&T is lucky to have him as a manger. I would highly recommend this store and AT&T. 5+ stars!!!!

Bre ! (I don’t want to mis spell her name :) was the best I had been to a different att store but the difference btwn what they gave me and the type of service Bre provided were night and day. You never know who your gonna get when you walk in but I got the full service Sunday afternoon in short hills. She was incredibly patient with all my questions, super knowledgeable about the variety of products and their capabilities based on my needs, she made great recommendations on accessories, covered all promotions for a better family plan and pleasantly professional from start to finish. This store is lucky to have her and she has a great career ahead of her (I am not a family member but a verified customer) really a superb job. I’ll be back to her for an iPad upgrade and watch.

Had an issues with my phone and the employees there were so patient with me. Manager was able to answer questions and provide me with options to upgrade my phone at a low cost.

Aldo and Chris, they helped me a lot with all my questions, in addition to a great service they did everything to give me the best plans and discounts. I came to make a line and leave with 3 lines and new devices. because I discovered all the benefits I can get from AT&T. I really recommend it, and I'll come back whenever I need it.
