We like it. Always new fashion, acceptable prices and high quality.
But it will be not easy to find your size all the time.

Forgot how much I love ON! Decent selection and they’re in a great location. It’s a smaller store and there were no shopping carts but the offer military discount daily which is a plus. Great customer service and good variety of sizes

I stopped into this Old Navy store because I was completely lost in a very unfamiliar area and asked a lovely young employee named Holly if she could give me directions. She not only figured out directions, she also showed me a little map on her cell phone. She went over the directions twice, to be sure I understood what streets and where to turn. All this was done with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. She is a definite asset to Old Navy and should be considered for positions in customer service or personnel. Old Navy used to make Dreamer jeans that fit my body type perfectly. They no longer make them, but Michaela, the lovely young woman who works there, helped me find other possibilities. Nothing was quite right, but I truly appreciated her professional customer service!

Ingrid. Need I say more? I was just scoping out the clearance section and didn’t find anything I couldn’t live without, but I had a great conversation with Ingrid before heading out. She’s fantastic and gives an experience you’re not likely to have at another retail store.

I went today to the store to return items and bought few items. The Assistant Manager, Ingrid was so FANTASTIC customer services!!!!! She so much energy and her smile made me a good day. Not just this, she speaks Spanish as I saw her name badge and she knows a little sign language. I don't even know how she knew that I was Deaf? :) :) I definitely coming back more often and look for Ingrid!!!! If you need help, ask for her!

Had the best shopping experience EVER! A young woman by the name of Trinitee acted as my own personal shopping guide. She guided me through the while process. Pulled from sales racks, ordered online for us and all with a smile! Unlike many places, I never felt like an inconvenience. For this reason alone, I’ll go back again and again. Thank you Trinitee!

I pretty much went out of my way to come to this store for an exchange. I literally
drove fast here and 49 minutes away before closing at 7p. This store was the only one that had the dress. Rakev, the cashier was the sweetest young lady with exceptional customer service. She was so patient, kind and had a wonderful spirit. She deserves a raise. Thanks dear for your help on this Sunday bc I know you all were busy closing up. Rakev you are appreciated! Unfortunately, the manager here was aware that I was coming from another town for the exchange and was going to close the doors anyway, in which I did not appreciate. Rakev went the extra mile to help me and she is the one that deserves to be the manager ! It didn't matter to the manager that I was coming so far away and she basically didn't care. Thank heavens I made right before closing!
