Matt and MD are really knowledgeable, straightforward and honest, as well as nice and personable. Plus, I had to come back again a few weeks after my first visit for an issue I had with the company, and Matt did everything he could to help me and advocate for me, putting in more time and effort past what most reps typically would. If you have to go to a T-Mobile store in this general area, I recommend you come here, even if it’s a little further. Thank you Matt and MD!

I want to start off by saying I usually go to my local T-Mobile, however I stopped at this location because it was closer to my job. I had the best assistance from Yasmiry as she helped me with some trouble I had with my phone as well as considering an upgrade in the future. She was extremely educated and so nicely helped me through the entire process! I don’t usually write reviews, however, I had such a great experience and I will most likely continue coming to this location. I appreciate all of Yasmiry’s kindness and assistance! :)

Two great experienced T-Mobile employees named Jeannel and Lennyn gave excellent customer service and even stayed 15 minutes after store to help our family and they also were very friendly and positive the whole time! Give these two a raise! Amazing job guys.

so i came in today and the store was spotless and it smelled so good, the customer service was incredible the associate that helped me was yas she was extremely helpful in helping me find a new phone, i’ve been trying to upgrade to the iphone 13 and she made it a very easy process and was telling me the new features of the phone. will come back and hopefully i find yas again.

Matt is an outstanding salesperson. He is knowledgeable and helpful. Switching carriers can be a frustrating experience. Matt made the switch to T Mobile seamless. He handled all my concerns and helped me navigate the process. Matt is a pleasure to work with. The store is convenient with easy parking.

Im fully pleased and satisfied on their customer service. The employees are very helpful specially thanks to the store manager to solve my problem within a minutes. I will come back again to upgrade my phone and tell other to visit there.
