I had the best experience at Ashley of Mobile with the Home Furnishings Consultant, Dylan Golden. I came in to look at a sofa set that I had been thinking about for awhile. Sad to say, the set was no longer available. Dylan spent a lot of quality time with me as we browsed the store looking for something different. After an hour are so, we came upon the perfect set. It had all the features that I had been looking for! I knew what I wanted and had finally found it. Because of his kindness and patience I found the set of my dreams! Hidden storage in the head rest, cell phone chargers, lights and most of all comfortable. Thank you, Dylan !

I had a great experience today and successfully purchased a new bedroom set thanks to the great sales consultant Thomas Wilson he was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable as well as patient everything a sales consultant should be! The furniture is awesome and we'll built. The warranty for the furniture is great. My son loves his bed set he bought there. The piece that just blew us away was the zero gravity love set with the cup holder. Amazing piece if furniture would highly recommend the furniture. The service is exceptional!!

Thomas was so incredibly helpful! I went in to explore all of the different options and didn’t feel like the associates were following me or pressuring me to make a sale. Thomas was super informative, helpful, and so nice. He helped me get my entire living room setup in one day & even helped me to carry a rug out to my car!

Exploring what I was looking for, she took me to the computer and took her time to show me everything they had in stock. I did find the coffee table and end table on their showroom floor that I really liked. I had already seen it online. She took time to help me seal the deal, and I purchased it! Very pleased with how smooth the buying/financing process was with Ashley of Mobile home furnishing consultant, Thomas Wilson! I was in a hurry to find new furniture due to moving suddenly. I was not expecting to walk out same day with a new bedroom suit scheduled to be delivered a couple weeks later. I cannot complain about the prices, very reasonable and the financing helped me afford everything I was looking for! I was very indecisive, going back and forth between a couple different sets and Mr. Wilson was very patient and took time to explain why each one was great. He was very welcoming and personable, I do not think I would have found the right bedroom set for me if it wasn’t for his excellent customer service. I ended up changing my mind last minute with adding a night stand and thanks to Mr. Wilson it was not a hassle. My furniture ended up being delivered one week later and I cannot be any happier with how it looks. From the minute I walked into Ashley, the delivery drivers and a call back to ensure I was satisfied with everything shown me they truly care about their customers. I will definitely be returning to Ashley furniture in the future! Thomas Wilson was amazing! He helped us and wasn’t bombarding at all. He listened to our needs and helped us a timely manner. If you’re debating, I 100% reccomend going here and requesting Thomas. On February 9, 2024, As I walked into Ashley Mobile, AL (for the first time), I had been greet as soon as I steeped inside the store. I entered the store with questions and the questions were answered. I came in the Ashley store to purchase a bed, the bed happens to only sale on-line. This Gentle man guided myself thru the store as I asked questions. HE WAS VERY KIND. One question lead to a purchase of a mattress. Mr. Darryl Shoemore has been very helpful.

Cody offered such a great overall experience from the moment I entered the store. After giving a brief description of my setup and what I was looking for, his keen insight led me to the piece he knew I would like and that I did. It took months finding the right fit for my space, so thanks for ending my journey with success!

Just bought a bed and dresser. Roxleigh was very quick and efficient w the sale and answered any questions I had. I will definitely buy from them again
