Update: Even on a cold and rainy Monday morning the staff was welcoming and friendly. This store offers more services than just shipping. All shipping needs, computers available to print, copies made and of course personal and business mailboxes.
I use this store frequently and have always had a positive experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. They keep their cool even when overwhelmed by the number of customers as well as customers' bad attitudes. All the packages I've ever mailed from here have arrived at their destination in a timely manner.

I have been to this store many times and the young ladies there are always super friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service, thank you!

The service I received was extraordinary considering how understaffed The UPS STORE was. I had a very important package I needed to ship to my fiance who lives in Nigeria. The lead person there properly instructed her coworkers in providing me the best options to ensure the best level of delivery provided by UPS. What a crime then how underpay the staff of the UPS STORE are.

I received my mail here for a couple of years. The service is consistently excellent. I have seen these ladies working hard while always dealing with the clients in a professional manner. They are very good at what they do. I no longer get my mail here but will continue to use this location for other shipping business.

Good service, very efficient, kept line moving quickly.

To the store manager: please provide your employees more support. They are clearly overworked and overstressed. If you can't get more help, please provide them some additional pay, or signs to inform customers of the higher than normal workload and wait time, complimentary mental health resources, child care, longer breaks, something. Those of us in line feel very bad at how stressed they are but we can't really do anything to help.

LOVE THIS PLACE! The owner is so kind and helpful. I drive 25 mins to go to this ups store, and I have a ups drop off right by my house. Thats how amazing they are!

I had the absolute BEST experience at this UPS store! The staff went above and beyond to help me print and stamp 900 mailers in less than 24 hours!!

These ladies are fabulous!! Every time I go in they are always super helpful! I’ve had a few printing projects done at this location as well, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences!

My husband and I shipped a crib across country a few weeks ago, and the staff at this UPS store was wonderfully knowledgable in the how to and all there was to get our package to our son there without any damage. It took the stress completely out of hands. I would also like to say that the staff was very friendly and the office very clean. I wish this store was closer to my home I would use it for more than that big shipping, very trustworthy personal thank you so much again

This location is THE BEST. Regardless of what I have had to do associates are very friendly, helpful, and kind. I have recently had to use their services frequently for assorted things that I feel would be very annoying to help a customer with and they do not make me feel bothersome. Every person here is great!!!

had a great customer service experience yesterday, amazon gave me one return shipping label for 2 large boxes. the ups employee said we would have to tape them together to ship. I was concerned that if they got separated one of the boxes could possibly get lost since it would have no shipping info on it. She made a copy of the shipping label and attached it to the 2nd package (to be safe) and then also taped the boxes together for me, after seeing how well she taped the boxes together I am no longer worried the boxes could separate. thank you for making me feel more confident that the returns will make it back ok!

While returning a dyson hairdryer I stopped in to this ups store location.

Crystal, the lady assisting me, had an abundance of patience and was quite professional in fixing the problems I had returning the broken hairdryer.

I have a freelance business of my own and I ALWAYS come to them for printing. They do a great job of communicating and talking with me to make sure I get the result I need/want. They show a lot of effort and care to make sure they get it right for you ESPECIALLY when you work with them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else around the area for getting prints done.

They all work so hard in this store. No matter how busy they always have a smile. Appreciate them being here.

I went into the store and ended up walking out because I realized I didn't print the return shipping label from my email. The owner came outside and said I could forward the email to the store and they would print it for me. Above and beyond customer service; even with a lobby full of people during the holiday rush.

My favorite place for all my postal needs! Customer service is spot on, employees will help me tape boxes and put my shipping labels on the box. I highly recommend this UPS for anything you need regarding postage.

The staff, especially Crystal, are always very helpful, and provide excellent customer service.
