We went in about 30 minutes before close just wanted to ask a few questions about trading in our old phones. Kenny was very helpful and professional. He even recommend us to go ahead and do the trade in the phones then and shows no sign of rushing. He took the time to explain us every little detail even it's 30 after closing he still take his time to make sure that we know everything that we needed to know. Julio was also helpful in explaining how to transfer phone after we get them. Overall, we're happy with the quality of the service that the provided. Very professional. Thank you guys.

I messed up on programming my phone and they fixed it quickly and it works better then ever. Very personable and professional. Could not ask for better service. This store has always been very good at service and advise on my phones.

Service was very quick and professional. Was able to resolve my issue within minutes.

Although there was a little wait because all of the store reps were helping someone. All of them still interacted with us to ensure we would be helped soon. Fernando was who helped us and was such a great help and explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had with no hesitation. It was such a great and easy process.

The wait was about 20 mins on a Saturday morning. Franklin was super attentive and patient. He spent almost 2 hours helping my family with the phone upgrades and transfer of data while helping other customers at the same time. He also did not push for unnecessary services. I hope management recognizes his outstanding customer service and promotes him!

Franklin was great and very helpful. I had an issue with my hotspot and he was able to resolve it for me. I would recommend this place for anyone that needs ATT services. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

I want to tell you about our experience tonight with Fernando. He was absolutely incredible. We came in there with a friend that has been diagnosed as legally blind. He was so incredibly patient and tried to do everything to help us.. To the tune of over 3 hours.And then to find out that he Has experienced a similar situation. I have got to tell you, I called AT&T to find out if they had a person trained to help individuals with blindness or low vision.. AT&T you really need to listen to me. You never got back to me when I requested it.. Perhaps you need to Send him to training with individuals individuals from the association for the blind and the national association for the blind.. I just can't believe how patient he was. Thank you so much Fernando. Manager, please listen to how important this important this employee is for people in need. It would benefit the company by sending him to extra training. I know that is not the responsibility of providers. But you really have to admit it would be a big plus that you would have somebody on board that could Help and benefit from his expertise.

I went to the store because AT&T on the phone messed up my new phone activation. The store was busy but Fernando helped me out. I told him the problem about the messed up sim card. We were on the phone with AT&T trying to figure things out. They weren't helpful on the phone but Fernando stayed with us and he had trouble trying to figure what the person on the phone was doing, because they kept messing things up. Eventually after about an hour Fernando figured things out. AT&T on the phone were worthless but thankfully with Fernando's patience and help I got my new phone activated. If you go to the store ask for Fernando, he was awesome.

I want to thank Jason Reyes that works at this location that helped me with various things to include finding the right plan, phone and even account changes. From the moment I walked in he greeted me and took care of me. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, sincere and listened to all of my requests. He understood completely everything I wanted to accomplish and made the process extremely smooth. He never seemed to doubt himself or give an unclear answer. He was able to make me feel like a very valuable customer under the AT&T umbrella. He really does an excellent job and has dedication and efficiency. I never felt rushed like I’ve had at other locations. I will definitely refer my friends and family to go see him at this store.

I came to this ATT store to do a phone upgrade. The customer service rep that helped me, named Franklin, was an outstanding employee. I was pleasantly surprised as in today’s world, good customer service is rare. He was kind, patient and helped me with the upgrade, even though it took over an hour to get ATT’s service line to help him. As I employ hundreds of staff on projects in my line of work, I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail, technical competency and his ability to deliver superior customer service. I will definitely use this location for future purchases!

What a great experience. Juan, Kenny, Julio and Edgar at the AT&T store in Springfield, VA went above and beyond to help us in a trying time. We were 24 hours out from an overseas move and needed our phones unlocked and had issues with payment and a dozen other things. They truly did everything they could and eventually we were able to square it all away and we can travel now. I was also incredibly impressed with the professionalism they exhibited. Edgar even went so far to walk an elderly couple to their vehicle with an umbrella. What could have been a really bad day was completely turned into a great experience thank you guys.

I dreaded going into the AT&T store but needed to because my phone said I needed a new SIM card. I was one day away from switching to T-Mobile but the Springfield team saved me. I walked in and I was greeted by a lady who said someone would be right with me. I patiently waited for about 5 minutes and I was approached by the same high energy lady. I told her my issue and she said she wanted to look at my account to make sure that I was getting the best value for my money. She told me I had an old unlimited plan that only qualified for 15% discount. She switched me to the new unlimited plan that qualified me for 25% military discount. She told me that it was time for me to upgrade my phone and watch and that I could get a watch for free. She also told me that I can trade in my old phone and watch for trade in credits. She didn’t complete my transaction but another gentleman came over to assist and he was just as great as her. We ran into an issue with my transfer so another team member came over to help. This team is great. Visit this store and you’ll be happy with anyone who helps you. Thanks Kenyatta, Desmond and Gi!

I repeatedly buy my iPhones at this AT&T store because the staff is always on top of their game. They can answer every question, they are polite, they aren’t pushy, they are patient with all my questions even when having to explain. Sal helped me recently and I left with confidence knowing that I just made a good decision regarding my purchase.

Had a very great experience in this store today. The sales associate Desmond Burris made sure all my needs and concerns were taken care of with my new upgraded iPhone! Extremely knowledgeable gentleman. I will return to this location from now on! Excellent service from Desmond I really appreciate all his help.

This was the best experience I’ve had with AT&T customer service since switching from Sprint 5 years ago. I was dealing with a complex issue concerning multiple lines and was blessed to have been helped by Edgard Reyna, one of their in store consultants. He solved my problem quickly and with ease, and I was able to leave the store entirely less stressed than I had arrived. I highly recommend requesting his service specifically if you’re planning on visiting this store.

Luis was amazing in helping me with a unique and difficult account problem. No one else over the phone was able to do anything for me. I took a chance at going to the AT&T Store and although the issue was complex, Luis patiently and politely worked through a lot of bureaucratic issues and resolved my issue. He also helped answer many questions for my wife and I about AT&T’s new TV service, along with iPhone accessories we were interested in. Fantastic customer service which we are thankful for! My experience at the ATT store at 6699 Frontier Drive in Springfield was wonderful. My experience with Desmond could not have been better! Desmond met me as soon as he finished with a customer (about 2 minutes). He explained everything about the plan I could get in order to get the promo on the iPhone 13 pro. He told me about the accessories and helped me pick out appropriate ones. He even said he would put the body guard screen protector on my new phone when it arrives. Desmond is the very best person I have ever dealt with at ATT. He is a treasure and deserves to be complimented and awarded for his exemplary customer service!

Manny was amazing extremely helpful and really went the extra mile to see what promotions I was qualified for and made the whole interaction painless and I will for sure be coming back as long as manny is still there great employee and person give the guy a raise

I went in today to finally upgrade my phone and get an Apple Watch. I believe the manager, who’s name I forgot I do apologize, was extremely nice and got me helped quickly. TJ was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional helping through the process. I told him what I would like and there was no trying to up sell or upgrade me on stuff I didn’t want. He was able to take care of the whole process even when AT&T needed to verify something. He was a pleasure to talk to and made sure everything was updated. He put on my screen protector and case as well as ensuring everything was set up properly. The whole staff there seems top notch as they assisted other customers. Thank you again TJ for getting me set up with what I wanted and highly recommend him to other future customers.
