Big Lots

Nice store similar to Walmart but smaller. Big Lots are wonderful stores to shop at if you like variety stores and the less crowded atmosphere. The staff at this location was very helpful and friendly. The parking lot is huge so there's no worries about parking. The store stocks furniture, food, toys, small automotive items, housewares, bedding and bath towels and bathroom wares, personal care items, etc.

Big Lots has been great for us for many years. We stocked our son's apartment there and saved a ton. The staff is always super nice. Doug most recently helped us with furniture and we had a great experience.

Customer service in the furniture dept is on fire! The furniture Mgr is very knowledgeable, and if it's not in stock, they will find it somewhere. My hubby and I bought a $700 couch/chaise a few months ago and we love it. Honestly, we thought Big Lots had cheap, low quality furniture, but that is NOT the deal. It's been quite sturdy and comfortable!

Store is clean and well organized. Was there for some Christmas decorations, they have a large selection.

Bill, the furniture sales lead as well as Charlene were extremely knowledgeable and provided great assistance with selecting furniture. If you’re looking at buying or leasing from big lots get with them.

I really enjoy shopping here. They have a ton of selections in every department, it's spacey and always clean, and the staff are all awesome. The BigLots store card is free and it's amazing! The store already gives good prices and has great sales, but with my card I'm always earning great coupons: 15% off order, $5 and $10 off, etc. And if you donate when they're running a campaign they'll give coupons on your receipt, card or not. Love this store.

That's only made two visits into the store but so far both of them have been decent I guess. I mean the items offered especially in electronics are very cheap but whatever other than that like I don't really know what else to say about it besides the fact that I'm surprised it's still open lol

I went during the Christmas and Thanksgiving seasons. I filled my buggy several times. I received help when I asked for it. The cashiers and floor personnel were friendly and nice to be around. I enjoyed the experiences shopping there

I haven't been to Big Lots in a very long time, but had a chance to go this day. Wow! Huge changes since I was there before. Everything was nice & modern. The selection was excellent, the prices were affordable, everything was updated and the store was very clean, including the bathrooms. Large parking as usual. Can't wait to go again!

They have done some changes and it's very VERY nice now. Even better than before with selection and prices. We found an assortment of what we were looking for and great value for what we needed.

Did a refund with no problem, I bought 2 sets of rugs and took one set back after doing the matchy matchy..Barbara was wonderful with my check out .She reminded me to do my survey. The store was packed with beautiful items an great prices.

Big lots has really changed and have added reebok clothes and beautiful furniture! The quality there now will blow your socks off! Crossville Big Lots rocks!!! They even have nice jewelry!

To find exactly what I needed in an outdoor chair tall enough for me to sit in. The people on the floor as well as the cashier very friendly and may check out easy.

I love Big Lots...they always have cute decor for the house and they carry my favorite affordable makeup wipes! This one is extremely clean and organized.
