We went in to get a new phone and switch to T-mobil for its better pricing.
Patrick and his staff were patient and very helpful in converting us from our “vintage” old phone to a new one. It was such a nice surprise to find such excellent service! There were a few glitches in downloading one phone to the new one. They didn’t abandon us. They helped us work through the glitches. Finding the patient, friendly help that we found here is RARE in today’s automated world. In top of having an excellent experience we cut our phone bill by 30-35%!

Dec 27, 2023. I went in to T-mobile with an unusual issue and needing account recovery for my Apple ID. While I knew they couldn’t help with Apple issues specifically, they were able to switch the number from a working phone on my account to allow me to gain access to verification codes. Sam and Laken spent nearly 3 hours helping me switch everything over and back when I was done. These two remained professional and courteous throughout the entire process. These two deserve a raise!

Good service at this location. We switched to all apple products and the employees were so helpful getting things transferred over and keeping our cost down.

I just had to return an internet box and was able to work with Cierra on getting everything taken care of. First of all she was extremely knowledgeable about taking care of everything for me. She helped an older lady in front of me and even made the calls for the lady to technical support for her and did all the talking to try to get her problem resolved. Cierra made every effort to make sure every customer was heard and helped until they were satisfied. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you for all your help Cierra!

These guys work hard, calm unruly customers, answer difficult and silly questions, and do it with kindness. They spend the time to make sure all your questions are answered and you leave feeling satisfied!! You guys are the best thanks for all your help!!!

Tonight my mom and I went into the store to set up new services with T-Mobile

Our rep was cierra v and she was absolutely amazing ! They were having issues with the servers completely not her fault however she worked through it and what should have been a hour was about 4 hours however she stayed pleasant and got it taken care of

Certainly better staff than that land monster jockeying the counter at the Metro location by Walmart. Good grief, if you're working with humans, at least try to look like one! This one looked like she should have had Princess Leia on the end of a leash.

We got very good service, store manager was multitasking to keep each customer moving forward. Found a solution for us, was worth extra drive.

I just had a phone emergency and went to T-mobile in Lewisburg Pa, I had the honor of being helped by Ciara, a young , beautiful, patient employee! Words can not explain her attention to detail, her drive to succeed and perseverance to never give up! I sure hope T-mobile addresses this kind young lady, she should not go unnoticed!!!
