Love this place. This place us much better than the UPS warehouse. You get great customer service with a smile. I prefer to visit this one any chance I get. The manager Sara and Anthony are phenomenal staff members and I enjoy seeing them each time I am in there. If they are so helpful and have all the answers. They always make me feel confident with my shipping and that is super important. Thank you Sara and Anthony for all your help always. These two deserve a raise because I feel like they make the store and they are the reason why I go to this one over any other shipping place, including any other UPS, FedEx or USPS. Thanks for always making shipping a pleasurable experience! See you soon. Keep up the great work.

I have been in the Warwick UPS store several times over the past 2 weeks. Sara, Anthony, and Jacob have been outstanding. They have exemplified top notch customer service! Sara Cheney is the Center Manager. She is very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, caring and thorough! What a great team of employees!

Very helpful with notary here. Line moved well. Plenty of parking and other shops to run errands nearby.

Went to UPS with a LOT of packages to be returned. Sara and Jeffrey were so nice. They helped me figure everything out. Especially one package was very difficult. During the time I was there they were a lot of cranky people and they handled them with grace and professionalism job well done!

I wanted to give a special thank you to Sara Cheney for packaging a doll that I had bought while in RI. This was a replacement doll that my mother had given me. She since has passed on and this means so much. It came to me perfectly. Thank you Sara.

I worked with "the new guy" Jacob, we had a few returns to process and I had no idea how to do any of it, the line was long but he was multitasking between helping other guests and all the while calmly explained the entire process to me, he kept his composure very well, he was polite the entire interaction with me and every person he helped, I will definitely be coming back to this location!!

I've used this location a number of times receiving pleasant and helpful service each visit...but one. Guess I had come in at lunchtime, and the associate came out from the break area with her mouth full and, essentially, rolling her eyes. Needless to say there was minimal conversation...but I got it. No harm, no foul.😉

I needed to ship a number of storage totes to a family member in Oklahoma. Lucas was able to sort out some miscommunication and confusion as to how to ship the totes. He was very patient, professional, polite, and very conscientious about finding the proper and most cost-effective way to ship the items so nothing would be damaged or lost. He physically helped bring totes and packed boxes in and out of the store for me and fielded phone calls with my family member in Oklahoma. He was very friendly and personable, never once did I feel like we were 'bothering' him. I was there for about an hour and had the opportunity to see how Lucas knew quite a few customers that went in and out by name(this is a very busy store) and was just as friendly and helpful to everyone. It is very rare to see such a work ethic nowadays. Steve was another employee that assisted in this process who also was very friendly and professional. Thank you for making a frustrating and unpleasant task end on very positive note. And I just heard from my family member! The four boxes packed on Tuesday afternoon were delivered to her house today!(Friday) Impressive!

Chelsea was amazing! I went into the store with five bags of Amazon returns to be packaged and shipped. She was very pleasant, personable, and extremely helpful. She didn’t make me feel like I was the slightest bit of an imposition. She even went above and beyond when I mismatched the return codes for two of the items. She went through one of the big boxes of returns and kept looking until she found the right one to match the code. Thanks again for all your help Chelsea. You rock!!!

Quick, friendly service and reasonable prices.

I had to return a package to Amazon today. I went to the gateway plaza store #0504. I was so pleased with how much help I got from Mike to ship the item back, as I’m not that familiar with the process. He was very pleasant and professional, which I greatly appreciated. So glad I chose that location

Got stuck behind an accident and couldn’t get there before closing. Called from traffic and got ahold of store associate Michael who stuck around for an extra 15 min after closing to get my package shipped today. Thank you for your excellent customer service. Thanks Michael.

Needed to return a package through UPS. I was a little frustrated because the main UPS told me I had to go to a ups Store. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Ryan. He was so helpful and he took care of my situation within minutes. I left the store laughing because of Ryan and I had to let someone know what a great employee this guy is. Thanks again for your service Ryan. I’ll definitely be back.

This is the best shipping site in the city. I have been doing business with this site for years and have never had an issue. I always feel welcome and that my business matters to the staff. It has the mom and pop feel with global resources to back them up! Thanks for all your help Steve and company!

This UPS Location is AMAZING, working closely with our business they go above and beyond storing our product, fulfilling, and shipping our orders. The manager, Steve, here is absolutely amazing! I was trying to ship a return that UPS (the company, not this store) kept changing the address to a "recommended" address that was NOT the place it needed to go to. I spent several times calling UPS directly and no one could help me. It wasn't until I went back to the store in a panic and Steve helped me out no problem. Even after Steve corrected the address the first time, UPS still modified it and was shipping it to the wrong location. I went back the next day and told Steve about the issue and he got them on the phone immediately and made sure everything was fixed a second time. He was extremely helpful and understanding through the whole process! I highly recommend this store!

It was nice to go to a shop where I wasn't greeted by robots who made it visibly obvious they didn't want to be there, but rather people who looked like they were having fun and enjoying work. I've been in twice in the past week for various reasons, notary work by Steve and a print & mail job with Lucas, both of which were very positive experiences with competent employees. Will certainly be returning to this location when I need their services again!
