Norman helped me a lot with prescription today. I’m really appreciate it. They are busy during this holiday season but take good care of customers. Thank you for your service.

I have always had a great experience here. They text me when my prescriptions are ready, I pick up and I'm on my way.

Pharmacy is great, I've never had any issues. I really wish they had a drive thru though! 😅

I was handed professionally and quickly with documentation of my vaccination. Had good conversation the quality visitors to this pharmacy. I bought a Moderna vaccination tshirt online outside of Kroger and I think everyone should, who is vaccinated.

I go here because every time I get an Rx, I get 50 points off my fuel, which means cheaper per gallon rate!

The associates are friendly and some of them even get to know you, better than you know them.

They'll even order specialty items for you ( had ordered Potassium Nitrate/Saltpetre, and well as Boric Acid from them)

The only gripe I have is that they'll send you a text saying your Rx is ready for pick up, before it actually is (the phamacist might still be working on it), or you'll get an alert -after- you've picked up the Rx.

Our doctor sent a prescription on Christmas day, it got done almost immediately next morning. I regret spending hours on the phone the previous day with the only open pharmacy around (Walgreens in Norcross). Way to go, Kroger! Walgreens lost me as a client.

The various staff are always friendly and helpful, and Kroger generally has the lowest RX prices.

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous...at least the employees that I've personally dealt with, anyway. All one could ask for from a pharmacy.

Very poor customer service and they cause massive delays on getting your medicine. Over the past 6 months I have had about a dozen different doctors(between me, my wife and our son) send in prescriptions and EVERY SINGLE TIME when we go to check on the status of the order we are met with the pharmacy saying “we didn’t receive anything”. So not only is there a delay in getting our medicine, but we then have to call the doctor and ask them to call in our prescription over the phone because for whatever reason - Kroger’s electronic system randomly doesn’t receive orders. I have pointed this out to the staff many times in hopes of getting it fixed, but nothing is ever done about it. I have been using this pharmacy for roughly 20 years and over the past year they have really gone downhill. I have finally reached the point where I have to find a new pharmacy because I just can’t trust them with my health or the health of my family.

Don't come to this location! I had booked an appointment online for my two kids to get the covid 19 vaccine , everything got confirmed. When we got here, one child of mine couldn't get his vaccine because they said they don't have any stock without letting us know, even though we had an appointment. The other child of mine was supposed to have his primary shot for covid, the doctor almost gave him the booster bivalent, lucky I noticed something wrong on the vaccine card and I asked him before he started to give my child the vaccine, so they switched it. But something happened after the next day, the pharmacist called to let me know what the vaccine that they gave to my son is too strong, they supposed to diluted it first before they gave it to the kids but they didn't, they told me don't let my child to get the second shot of his primary, just get booster after two months but for sure I don't trust them. I checked with my child pediatrician. Everything found out that my child still needs to get a second shot of his primary covid vaccine. I asked them to update the vaccine card for my son about what they did, she said it was ready, I can pick it up anytime. But when I am here the next day, nothing is done. I have to talk to the pharmacist about what happened. So the pharmacist and the doctor that are here today have to take over again. IT'S TOO RISKY TO COME TO THIS PLACE!

Do not go to this pharmacy! I made an appointment online for a kid vaccine booster that was confirmed. But when I got there, they said that it was no stock. They had no clue why I was able to make the appointment and didn't notify me that they were out. Another child of mine was given an over dosage of vaccine for his initial shot. I don't know what kind of operation this pharmacy is running but avoid this place. There are many other pharmacies worth your business then this one.

I shop at the Kroger on Peachtree Ind Blvd a lot so decided to use them for my recent Prescription order. What a mistake! My Rx was already called in but since it was my 1st time there I waited in line patiently to give my insurance details and pick up my Rx. The tech yelled for help couple times but even thou there was a Pharmacist, Michelle and another tech, neither of them even glanced at the line or attempted to come help. When my turn came, I provided my details and asked if my son and I could get the flu shot. The tech told me I have some paperwork to fill out before getting the shots. When she turned to Michelle to confirm, she rudely told her can't you see I have a big pile going on here and it will be a while. The nice tech looked at me and apologetically smiled and said we can do it but it will be at least 30 min to which I said ok. There was some info mismatch on my insurance details and after she thoroughly checked again, I decided to step out of line and call the Insurance. I got a friendly agent on the line who was willing to talk to the tech to clear the issue. When I explained that everything is correct on my insurance, the tech called Michelle for assistance as she was assisting another customer but she neither spoke to me or agreed to talk on the phone. Understandably, that she might not talk on a call which was generated by me, I decided to get the number where the Pharmacy could call my insurance. The 2nd tech came up to help and the 1st tech quickly and nicely explained the issue they were facing. The 2nd tech said it will be another 25min before she can call my insurance, to this I was not ok, I had already patiently waited long enough. I explained look everything is correct on my insurance to this Michelle interjected and said we can't call your insurance you have to call. I explained look (since you have been ignoring me and the tech the entire time I was there) I already called them and they have confirmed all my information is correct and (you were not willing to talk to them while I was on the phone so) you have to call them now. Michelle mumbled something to the 2nd Tech which I did not hear but from the expression on the 2nd Tech's face I could tell she was caught between a rock and a hard place. So I decided today is not a good day for me so let me back out but before I left I asked for the Pharmacist name (I did not know it was Michelle till that point) and the Managers name and Contact details. Michelle who is clearly upset now instead of still trying to come and directly speak to me she asks a customer next to me "Are you with her (meaning me)? and when the lady said no she sighed relief and rolled her eyes at me. I was so shocked to see such childish unprofessional behavior even though not once did I raise my voice nor was I disruptive. I could clearly see she was waiting for me to get out of earshot so she could talk to the customers about me but I did not care because I acted very decent and respectful to all them and both Techs were super nice! When I walked away I realized they gave me the Pharmacy Manager's name and the Pharmacy number but I do not know his schedule and when to reach him. So I stopped by at the Customer Service desk and after they called the manager on duty on the phone, they gave me 1-800-KROGER number to call and complain. Well, that is not a valid number...wonder if that was their way of not letting me complain...so I decided to post it online instead. After checking online I came to find out even the nearby Walmart Pharmacy that I frequent has better online reviews than this Kroger! Which reminds me I never had issues with Walmart Pharmacy and need to go and put a positive review for them. Thanks to this experience, I need to stick to where I am treated right!

I would have given a zero star if there was one. I am a nurse and I wanted to refill my patient's medication for the weekend and behold I called the pharmacy and spoke to Jane Peters who is a pharmacist. After giving her all information she needed, she told me that she had to verify my Doctor's phone number over the internet!!!!
Mind you I am a hospice nurse, all Doctors that work for hospice have to use the hospice phone number.
This pharmacist pretty much refused to refill a dying hospice patient meds because the call back phone number (she thinks is not link to the Dr without trying).
After insisting, she became very rude and actually hung up on me. She do not understand the meaning of customer to be this arrogant to a customer.
She needs a little more in service on her job because she is terrible. Although she finally got the meds refill, but she messed up my day and my altitude. I Wish management can look into situations like this because Kroger is a great store and I have been using them for years with no issues.

Delayed prescription fills, days after they claimed it was ready for pickup - generally difficult staff (depending on who you get). Kroger in general in good, would not recommend this specific pharmacy though.

I'm giving 1 star because the pharmacy was still open @ 9:05 pm. But sometime in the last 3 mo., Kroger stopped price matching. Merry Christmas! Your prescription cost just trippled without prior notice. I was a Kroger customer for 30 years. Thanks for giving me the incentive to shop around. I'm done with you now...

UPDATE: I was told that I couldn’t fill my prescription until 28 days and when I went to the pharmacy and in fact it was 28 days and the pharmacist wouldn’t fill my prescription so I asked for it to be transferred to Publix and I was able to fill my prescription the same day. 11/18/20

I ENDED UP TRANSFERRING MY SCRIPT TO PUBLIX DOWN THE STREET AND THEY FILLED IT THE SAME DAY...

also if you’re going to offer a plan similar to GoodRx, except it’s called Blink health, please inform EMPLOYEES how to use it. Waited 45min for a script I CALLED IN. Will be switching pharmacies.

Just moved to the area and shopped there for the first time.
I took my small cart to the front at 10:35 pm and the last cashier said she was closing after her current customer. I was the only one there after that one. I was tired but, oh well.
I go to bring in a bigger cart to take with me to self checkout, pass that same cashier and she is checking out a new customer with an enormous amount of items in a large cart.
I asked her why and she shrugged. She was African American as was the new customer. I'm not. I wish there were another explanation.
Not going back.
