T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Didn't know how to address my concerns

I'v been with TMobile for over 20+years. We tried cancelling for over 4 months with problems. I went into the store to cancel directly, even took photos of my visit. The gentleman helping me logged into my account and even showed me cancelled. Said I didn't need to do anything. Today I find a Collections for $200+ T-Mobile for lines that stopped being used in 2021, and still paid on thru 2023!! T-Mobile already sold the debt off into collections?! Now I'm in dispute with all of this. Which I'm not at all worried about since the last thing I ever signed with them was when I was 18yrs old. I can not for the life of me understand how they could or would do this to one of their longest customers of all time... But this is exactly why I am distancing myself from this organization. Everything you've heard about their customer service, all the negative stories from friends, it turns out they are all true. They were never close to Great during my 20+yrs but they were very good right off the bat and improved in some ways along the years. I left them long ago when I started traveling more, leaving my number open and adding new lines for my siblings that jumped on and off as they became 18. I can't believe the machine has become this, that I helped build as a loyal customer. What a Giant middle finger from them I'm getting. The better business bureau is absolutely getting a more detailed review along with pics and experiences calling. Always record yourself people, they record you. Record them back. 👊🏼🇺🇸
