Cindy, Cindy, Cindy, she is amazing! The help she has provided foe my family is noteworthy and I'd never see anyone else but her.

Cindy was invaluable. We went in with a complicated issue and she was diligent and solved our issue. It was a great experience !

Upgraded my phone today and had the best experience we’ve ever had. The sales rep Nicholas and his manager were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and were very quick in our exchange. Highly recommend going to see them. This will be our home store from now on.

My husband and I came into the store today to inquire about switching our phone service from another company to AT&T. We worked with Amanda. She was AMAZING!!! So amazing! Awesome personality, fun to work with, she was so patient, so thorough, so helpful! She answered all of our millions of questions, and completely went ABOVE AND BEYOND! She gave us such exceptional service!! I wish we could always get service this great! I’d recommend her to anyone!!

My first time at this location and Harrison was great. Very knowledgeable and informative. Helped us with many questions… I will always go to this location from now on. Hwy 92 in Woodstock has the worse customer service. Ridgewalk Pkwy is the best.

It's truly hard to find great customer service nowadays. But, Reka and Nathan are true gems. I had a unique situation with my AT&T cellular service and Reka would not give up on the issue until she got to the bottom of it. I'm grateful and thankful for great customer service guys!

Hunter was amazing. I came in for the new deal of trading in an old galaxy for a new one and Hunter walked my account holder over the phone through the process of adding me as an authorized user so that I could get a new phone.

Haley was amazing. She helped completely. She went above and beyond what was necessary. She helped me resolve an iPhone issue that wasn't even att related. You need more employees like her

The service at this place was incredible. Noah went way above and beyond to make sure we purchased everything we wanted as well as add them to our phone bill within our budget. He took his time, was thorough in his explanations, answered our questions and never once pushed us to buy anything. In addition, Nick was working there, and we saw him interact with this dear widow who needed help with her phone now that her husband was gone. We can’t recommend these guys enough. Yes, as they were thorough, there were some customers who had come in and had to wait. But the mood in the store was great. Plus, their service was worth waiting for. And a special shout out to Josh from the Jasper store who drove to this location with the phone my husband wanted.

I brought my father in one hour before closing time because he had messed up his phone and needed to fly out the next day. There were a couple of people ahead of us and Reka was the only one working but she did a great job of helping multiple at a time and got him fixed up and out of there within a half hour. I hope she gets credit for the great job she is doing!

The gentleman working Friday Feb 4th, at 5pm was beyond helpful and patient with getting me a new phone and line. Worked with me to the best of his ability and was upfront and honest. Great reactiveness, service, and all around a great atmosphere. By far my best experience in any phone store.

The store rep here, I believe her name is Ariana, is an absolutely incredible help! So knowledgeable and straight-forward; we will return here any time we need assistance in the future just for her expertise. Truly highly recommend.

I had a great experience at this location! I purchased a new phone and that was not backed up and I was very worried about all my stuff transferring from my broken phone to my new one. Decorious got all my stuff backed up and transferred over to my new phone while also setting up my dad’s phone. He was super knowledgeable and helpful with showing me features on my new phone and incredibly sweet and nice!

Bree was AMAZING!! She listened to all of our concerns and thoughts for new phones and presented us with several options! She was super kind to me and my kids as we selected our phones and helped us set up the new ones. She was patient, energetic and always positive! She greeted us as we came in and greeted everyone else who came in after us. We will definitely come back here and ask for Bree again!

Eric provided excellent service. I went into buy a small item and look at new cases. He was so informative that I ended up buying a case, screen protector and a pop socket. He also cleaned my phone and put the phone in the case properly.

Donta provided excellent customer service! He was very personable, professional and ensured that we left satisfied. It took some time to complete all of our service requests and phone setups, and in that time, Donta never made us feel rushed—even with our rambunctious 2 year old. Thank you for taking care of all our needs and being so friendly.

The rep was great. She explained everything patiently and efficiently. I’m not up on latest tech... replaced my dead 6s with the new red SE. Great experience, will recommend. Love this phone.

This store is truly fantastic. I have never been to an AT&T store that was more professional, kind and welcoming. Abbey, the manager, takes her time with each customer to make sure that they are getting exactly what they need. There's no run around or false information given just to make a sale. I've been in 3 times now for various purchases and have always received the utmost quality of service. I would highly recommend this store and will continue to visit there for all my cellular needs!

As a person who normally avoids having to go to the AT&T Store at all costs, I was very pleasantly surprised with the new store at the outlet mall. Not only were they able to help me with everything I needed to accomplish, EVERYONE was genuinely nice to deal with! (Even after I answered my new phone and screwed up the data transfer and they had to start over! Thank you Abbey!) As a long time customer, stores like this one helps continue my loyalty to AT&T.
