Bill is a huge help! Made sure I got the right bolts to fix my car and left no stone unturned. Everything worked out great thanks to his help finding these very specific bolts out of the thousands they have in stock! Thanks!

The employees go above and beyond to help you! They stop and ask if they can help, then take you to the item. If they don't carry a very specific item, they tell you what business in the area would carry it. Always nice employees.

The staff is very knowlegeable and friendly, you will never have to look around to see if there is anyone that can help you because there is plenty of staff ready to help. They're the best!

Went to True Value after 30 frustrating minutes at Ace with 2 employees who knew nothing about electrical. In the 10 min I was in True Value, 4 employees greeted me and offered help. 2 older gentlemen were super helpful and knowledgeable about their electrical products. Wish I would have started at True Value. Experienced employees make all the difference in a hardware store.

Great smaller store. Good atmosphere with knowledgeable help. The largest store within this ownership group is Peachtree True Value on the East side of North Ave in Grand Junction, they have most all the things that might not fit in this Fruita shop. Also, they can order in. I think of Fruita TV as like a mountain town fuel station, you pay extra on some aspects for them getting it to where you are. GJ is Podunk compared to Denver (tho much better ethics), and Fruita is boonies to Podunk.

I had an outdoor faucet go bad. I brought the old one in to compare for sizing. I found the replacement with the help of a customer service guy. I was then walking around and a man asked if I had found everything thing ok. I told him I was just seeing if I could find anything else. Showed him the new $35 faucet!! He said let me see the old one, he took it back to the repair shop. 15 minutes later he fixed the old one for 45 CENTS !!!
Restocked the new one and I was on my was.
Come to find out he was the Floor Manager. Well Done Sir.
