I recently lost my phone and the staff here was a huge help with opening a new line and getting a new phone, as well as retrieving my old phone number. Great service everyone there went above and beyond to make sure I was straight

I am so pleased with the service I received from Aloundio S. He is absolutely amazing. I was having an issue with my watch after I downloaded the new update on my iPhone 14. My watch was not recognizing my data plan. Aloundio worked so hard to get this taken care of. What he discovered was that the rep at the Mt. Prospect store set up my wearables as voice lines, which was incorrect. Aloundio spent at least 3 hours with me, contacting Tier 2 customer service and working with them to get this straightened out. I had him check our plan to make sure it was correct, but somehow the plan was wrong as well. Which of course Aloundio had customer service take care of.

I wasn't happy that I was in the store for 3 hours, but because of the service and kindness I received from Aloundio, I seemed to forget how long it took to take care of the issues I was having.

Aloundio is truly the first sales rep that I have dealt with at T-mobile that actually cared about the customer. He was so knowledgable and sincere I can't say enough about my experience. He truly deserves more than a pat on the back. He is definitely more than a sales rep.

Wow, this place was AMAZING! I stopped by last night to switch my service provider from another one to T-Mobile, but I think my old provider made it harder than it should have been. The staff at this store went above and beyond for me - they made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Even though the store closed at 8pm, Natalie F. was still there to help me set up my device. Plus, Natalia R. was there to lend a helping hand too. These two ladies showed me TRUE customer service, which you don't get to see too often. They stayed with me until 9:27, almost an hour and a half after the store closed! Junior even stuck around with Natalie F. and Natalie R., which was really thoughtful of him! I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am for all the amazing service I received last night!

Very friendly staff. I had an issue with my phone that could only be dealt with in person. The day I went, there was no wait. They knew exactly what needed to be done and they took care of the problem immediately.

Awesome store and personnel ! Walked in to the store and right away was greeted by the store manager Natalia and Abby. I had a couple questions about my bill and she helped me with a bill review also helped me save some money. Even if they were a bit busy they still helped me out with all my questions and helped me upgrade my phones. Thank you for the amazing customer service ladies. Will definitely recommend this store to all my friends.

There I have experiences kindness and I experience great service. This store has it all. 8 years ago I experience their kindness when I was stranded in a bad storm without way of communicating with my family, they helped me. Now I was looking for a new internet, I drove out to Bensenville, by passing at least 1 store of same business. To make my purchase. This store has incredible employees they were very friendly, knowledge and helpful. Congratulations to management to for hiring and training your staff so they become proffesionel at what that do. You see so little of this now a day.

I came in with a SIM card issue, Jorge and Jose were so helpful and explained what could be wrong until we got to the source of the problem. They were very upbeat and attentive, so the process went by much quicker! They gave me all the information I needed to avoid the issue again as well. Overall they did a really great job solving the problem, and the atmosphere in the store was positive and assuring the whole time.

We had Edwin help my mother and I out. From beginning to end he was very helpful and kind. He answered all our questions in full detail for whichever direction we planned on taking. Highly recommend to go to him he will get the job done! 10/10.

Best service we received in a Long time. They were busy but the manager kept on letting us know what is happening. We browsed phones and watches. When it was our turn the fella Marcin was great took his time and even stayed past his shift. At the end he was able to discover that my wife needs a smart watch and I purchased a phone. A+

I went into this store after being to three others earlier in the week to avail. I was having issues transferring my data from an android to an iPhone until I walked into this store and met Stephanie! Stephanie was knowledgeable, understanding, and a complete professional! She had my issues solved within 20 minutes and walked me through how to solve the issue if it arises again. Thank you!!!

I came in looking to upgrade my phone. I was assisted by Edgar and the store manager Carla. I left with a brand new phone, a screen protector, and a case. I definitely recommend coming to this location if you are looking for great customer service.

Your T-Mobile store in Bensenville is fantastic. Samir and Marvin were helpful. I had been in the store on previous occasions and I have always received excellent service. I an someone who is not very text savvy. Salir took his time and patiently explained data plans and how to use my phone. I can't say enough how much I appreciate his help and his excellent customer service skills. I am a very happy customer.

Young lady by the name of Kelly is the best ever i truly appreciate her service and kindness she worked on my phone for over an hour to help me while taking care of other customers she is the best she should be store manager other store workers can learn from her

It was the most pleasurable experience I've ever had in any Tmobile store. The atmosphere was great and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Jose, Carla, Karal, and Erica we're wll amazing. I will never visit any other stores again.

What an awesome experience I had today!
Gaby is just an amazing person. She help me with all my needs on both of my iPhones. I went in just to switch a SIM card and she went beyond on helping me with something so simple, I knew my was mess up but with gaby seeing and noticing the problem I had with my phone she politely told me not to worry and she will fix my issue. She also completed the problems I had with my other phone . I will be coming to this location for any other issue.
This location is just friendly, greets anyone that walk in. And always smile. I sure did notice that
