This location is my favorite! I am a regular at the store and it’s by choice. I’ve been to other locations and they are all great but not one has the environment like the Stadium location. It’s a family in there and they really do care about their customers. Jared is such a great guy! There was an accident not too long ago and he ran out to the parking lot to check on my kids and me since we weren’t able to get into where we leave. It mattered to him. Colin always has great conversation and is an absolute joy to talk to. And last but certainly not least, Poe. He always makes sure he is listening to the customers. Every customer is important to these guys. I am happy to be a regular here and I hope they can start seeing some new regular faces. I love this location and I know you will too.

I love this store. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, I never leave empty handed. Went in today for a grinder and Poe helped me find the perfect one for me, and then we had a great chat about vaporizers and I learned some new stuff. Very cool place and awesome service. 5/5 stars every time!

Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Jared for all his help. His knowledge of vap supplies is amazing. He's been a huge help every time I come to this location. He's a huge asset to this company. Guest service skills are Amazing.

The people that work at this store should ALL get a raise. I have nothing but positive experience's and the manager (jared) goes beyond above and beyond to ensure you leave a well informed customer and happier/more excited than when you arrived. They all have great product knowledge, people skills/customer service, and they run the store in a way that should make this company very proud. The guys in this store alone make it stand out more than any other similar stores just because of the energy they give to the place. You don’t walk in and feel like it’s depressing or you’re inconveniencing someone by being there or by asking questions about stuff. They genuinely all do an amazing job and should be recognized if they haven’t. I could be wrong on names/spelling but Jared, Poe, and Colin I believe are the names of the employees I’m referencing. If this was my company, I’d genuinely be very bummed to ever lose any of these gentleman. They would be very difficult if not impossible people to replace. I’m willing to bet a lot of shoppers go to that specific location solely because of them being there and doing such a killer job. I do not know any of these employees outside of that store just to be clear. They genuinely just do such an amazing job and I hope they get the recognition they truly deserve. Btw I’ve only been there once with the new girl they have so I can’t speak on her aside from she did great the one time I did get help from her.

My favorite location to stop at! Every Friday I stop in and see Jared and Poe and they are so patient and kind with not only me, but other customers they are dealing with while I am in the store. I’ve seen a few other employees as well and it doesn’t matter who is behind the counter, everyone is always so polite and friendly at this location!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Stopped by tonight for some vape juice and Kat greeted me right away, helped me find the perfect flavor, and provided great customer service! Love stopping here, I have a wonderful experience every time.

Best wild bills or smoke shop around kzoo hands down. Customer service is on point. Staff is friendly and able to make anyone comfortable. Someone give Colin a raise or some paid time off, that dudes always holdin it down. Great glass selection too,

This is my go to spot whenever I need any items for my smokables I come here before I go anywhere else...Collin and Mr.Popo are the usual faces that take care of my needs and Jared is always there to help with any ideas to make it a Lil more better for instance I live in grand rapids but I get all my supplies in kzoo mainly cuz the prices Jared has is miles better than home...grand rapids we pay for vapes 18.99 while at stadium i pay 10.99...thank you Jared
