What a waste of time and fuel. They are no longer open to the public. I wont be back. They do expect your business to be open when they send the sales staff over to see you at the worst possible time with no appointment or even a call to see if dropping by is ok. IF I didnt already know that yall are based business to business how would I know that you have sales people who drop in unexpectedly? I can tell you this any company that I work for I wont use Fastenal from here on out. Don't waist your time with this people they are rude and will hang up on you if you don't have a account with them. They didn't even bother to offer me an account with them. I went to home depot and bought what I needed I bet it was much cheaper as well
