Amareiya was awesome. She helped my son pick out a new phone and case. Super customer service and very knowledgeable. This is definitely my favorite location!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Been coming here for many years. And will continue to come here. They don't have a huge variety of phones as other places do. But they do have a good selection.

A big thank you to Amariya at Hoxie t-mobile for straightening out my issues!!!!!!! She is the best!!! Tons of patience and didn't give up!!! I love her.....lol....she knows!

Everyone in this location has been super helpful. Shayla in particular has been kind, patient, and helpful as I’ve dealt with my elderly relative’s inability to keep his cell phone working for more than a few months. I’ve also witnessed the same patience and kindness in dealing with other customers during my many visits to purchase and replace phones. Thank you. Shayla!

I'm not going to blow up this person's spot. But in a tough financial situation, there was a hiccup in the application of the affordable connectivity program to my account, which left me in a position of facing a month without a phone (recently laid off seasonal worker who won't see an unemployment payment for 3 weeks).. well this employee went into their own pocket and paid my bill and sent me out the door with a note saying Happy Holidays. I'm wiping the tear off my face in the parking lot as write this review. There are still good people in this world! May God bless this person and their family!! ✝❤🙏

Great prices, Great tech support. Great employees (Especially Shayla, Pedro, Angela,) The only thing that I think needs improvement, I wish they would add more hours that they're open. Get there early, though, because, most days, this is a very busy store!

Out of most Metro Stores absolutely recommend this store in particular. The Manger he is helpful, friendly and I travel just to go to his store. Been with this company before t-mobile bought (Still never would switch to just T-mobile with so many hidden fees) over 15teen years w/fam plan. Plan to be with them many more

The staff were helpful and friendly in helping me decide whether I needed a new phone or simply a SIM card. Then they took the time to explain how a SIM card works. Buying a SIM card saved me money and afforded me much more memory on my phone, preventing it AND me from crashing!

So I had the pleasure of meeting Tina she is the best!!!! She was patient with me and helped me figure out which options I would like and need. They were closing and she still stood with me never making me feel rushed she chatted with me about all different rHingis and even told me they were getting a phone in later in the week she thought I would like. She took my name and number and kept in touch with me. I will absolutely continue doing business here. I’ve been with metro a long time and she has been by far the best CSR I’ve come across. I don’t even live in Warwick but I will drive there just for that service!! Thanks

I had Metro for 9 years great place great plan $30 a line then it went $50 for two lines never had any problems I switched the T-Mobile they suck I'm sorry but they're not as good as Metro and it's the same company you figure it out and it's more expensive

I have been going to this store for close to 15 years and have always had great service. Although Tom is no longer there, James was just as helpful. They are not there to sell you what they want you to buy, rather what will work for you! I am very pleased once again!

Diana takes care of her customers. Unlike some other metro stores that I've been to who try to milk you for extra cash, she didn't. She is honest and really helpful. Go see diana for your needs if you go there.
