Great place to get started or continue your fitness journey. They have a scale that’s super accurate and tells you more than you would get at home and a knowledgeable staff to help you with anything you need, weather it be nutrition, training, or general health. All the supplements in store are either or fan favorites or come from a local New Jersey brand. If you’re from manahawkin or go to the retro in the same plaza, it’s a must to check it.

Had such a great experience at JSS! Talked to Zack (I believe the store manager?) about getting me setup with supplements this spring. We had a great convo and he motivated me a ton for my weight loss goals. I will definitely be back to talk to him again and get more supplements!

I was super excited to visit this new location. It is in a great spot! I always love going into JSS, as all of the staff members are extremely helpful. Zack was able to help me get started with the InBody machine and helped point me in the right direction for my current goals. I can’t wait to keep coming back and doing my check ins. Thanks JSS!

My experience at JSS was awesome! They not only had wide variety of products to choose from but were able to help me much deeper than that. We did a FREE InBody scan and went over my current diet. They then recommended products based off what can help me achieve my current health/fitness goals! FINALLY! So excited to have a JSS shop open up in our area! The staff is always the best. They are literally so helpful and never “salsey.”
