AT&T Store

I flew in from out of town and my phone died at the airport, previous assistance had locked my phone. Jay was able to help me unlock my phone and restore everything onto my new phone. Jay also helped merge my line and explain to me how to use going forward. I can’t explain enough how much he was able to help me and get me back in motion. He was so knowledgeable and creative and patient. Thank you for everything you’ve done to get me connected again.

Sam, at Sahara and Decatur was amazing. He makes our switch smooth. My son was out of the country and he make sure he will not lose service while switching. Overall, Sam explained all the promos and made us very happy with our decision to come to At and t and ditch the old carrier.

Booked an online appointment the day before to purchase a new iPhone & start a new plan.

The next morning when I arrived at the store, Luis approached me to offer his assistance. I could not have had a better experience thanks to him. Luis was genuinely personable, thoughtful & efficient. He actively listened to my concerns & intuitively anticipated my needs. It was truly unbelievable!

Luis’ exceptional service makes me feel like I hit the megabucks jackpot in choosing this store. I did not think people like Luis even existed anymore, but I’ve never been so relieved to be proved wrong!

This is the only AT&T Store location I know of that actually represents why it’s the #1 wireless brand. I prefer visiting this store well before walking into some Apple Stores in town.

Today I went to the AT&T store on Sahara. I worked with a gentleman named Sam. He not only knows his job, but he makes interesting points so that you better understand what phone system to have, and how to structure the deal for yourself. I really appreciated his professionalism integrity, as well as his confidence in his own ability.

I came in for the holidays and Sam was my helper. He’s very knowledgeable and willing to help the customers with their needs. I really appreciate this guy. Thanks Sam keep up the good work 😉

Luis was a big help for my iPhone problem. It was stuck in SOS. It had been telling me couple of weeks no Sim available periodically. Then go into the SOS 🆘 mode. This last time it would not change. Went to AT&T store was helped immediately and was fixed up in under 20-30 minutes. Thank you so much. I thought it was going to be hopeless. Luis kept saying it would be okay it was. Could not believe how fast I was done and on my way.

I wanted to send a big shout out for store manager Maria. She helped my friend, an elderly woman, return her phone and cancel her contract for a phone which she purchased for a scammer. Maria was most understanding and worked diligently to assist us. Not only was she efficient and knowledgeable, she was gracious and warm. She deserves a huge reward from AT&T for representing AT&T with professionalism and customer service at heart. Thank you, Maria!!

I left the store on Flamingo after a bad experience and met Maria. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She is an excellent manager with a great attitude. I will. Definitely recommend this store to everyone.

If it weren't for the comprehensive service I received in this store.. I would of switched to Verizon.. the customer service by phone is incapable and I could not solve my issue with a bot online.. so good people at this store in Las Vegas.

This location store is very organized and clean. Irene has the best customer service! She was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. She has patience of a saint! She took her time to explain all information to my mom and ensured that she understood everything. Also, she researched for the best deals and discounts for my mom with her new mobile upgrade.
