Staples

We came in earlier this week to buy a desk chair and keyboard for my home office. Every single employee we encountered was incredibly friendly, and the team was so helpful in finding the chair we needed. The cashier told us about downloading the Staples Connect app for a coupon. Overall, it was such a surprisingly pleasant experience. Kudos to the team that was there on 7/26/22 around 6 o’clock.

Aniel was an amazing employee at the store. I had an error with my business cards and she called and texted me until we got it fixed. She went WAY above and beyond to help me out and I can't thank her enough. She was amazing and made me certainly order the rest of my office items from this store instead of my normal one in Charlotte.

All I can say is the staff has always been amazing at this store. I'm disappointed in my fellow Concordians for giving our Staples store only a 4.1. They are always upbeat and helpful whether I'm there to buy a pen or a $2000 office computer. Just today I called to get a wireless mouse for my very particular 6 year old daughter. I needed something girly and pretty. Angel was definitely an Angel and saved the day. Thank you staples, from my computers to paper supplies and the seat I'm sitting on writing this very review, you guys have me covered with a personal touch you cant get drop shipped. Thank you Thank you THANK YOU!!!

Associates were so nice and very helpful. Found a filing cabinet on sale online. Went in hoping it was on sale in the store but it wasn't. Sales associate ordered it online for me and shipped it down to my business in South Carolina.

I usually hate going into places like this but Robin has changed that for me, she is amazing and very knowledgeable and very helpful, she really goes the extra mile and making sure your completely satisfied!!! Thank you Robin.
