This is our first visit here. Convenient location from parking lot. Parking is free with handicap access. Open at 10am on weekdays. Very nice and open interior. Looks very trendy. We were greeted at the entrance. Men's dept is on upper floor. Womens on first floor. Very well displayed merchandise. Neat clean organized. All items were tagged with prices. Affordable prices. Clearance racks are at the back with lots of bargains. We could take our time shopping. Customer service was excellent. Minimal wait in line and fast checkout. My hubby liked this store as well. He is not one for shopping.

Simone has helped me on several occasions at the Downtown Summerlin store. She is the epitome of professionalism and knowledge of merchandise. And is extremely kind.

H&M has great prices on the latest fashion trends for men and women. Can also find some extra good deals on the sale racks.

I fell while going up the escalator and my knee popped out of place. The employee Steven was VERY attentive to my needs. Without causing a scene, he asked if I needed ice. Unfortunately, the ice machine was broken but Steven didn’t want to come back empty handed so he brought me a bag of frozen meatballs. 10/10 experience thanks to Steven

Good sales, we bought a bunch of stuff for my daughter, son and wife $150

I'm a such big girl but I could never really find the right jeans for me. Whenever I buy one, it's either too fit or too lose even if I always buy size 14.

I've always loved H&M because they have good clothing options. But it's been a few years since I've last visited one.

So, my friend and I decided to go to Downtown Summerlin and I told her we should check H&M out.

When we got there, there were already lots of sale getting our attention, but what really caught mine was the $9.99 jeans. I was skeptical at first cos like I said I always have a hard time finding the right fit of jeans for myself. So, when I was checking the sizes, of course I checked out my usual size 14, but I could easily tell it won't fit me, which made me realize that H&M have smaller sizes in general. So, I kept browsing and came across a size 18. I wasn't gonna accept that the 18 could potentially fit me. But I still went with my gut and got that bigger size.

When I got home, I immediately fitted the jeans and my oh my, it was the perfect fit. From then on, I knew that I will only buy my jeans at this store. I was so inlove at how it looked really good on me even if the size was bigger than my usual, it fits me perfectly. And the fact that it was cheap, totally worth it!

I wish I could leave more stars! But I also wish I could rate employees. I was in a hurry to be somewhere and Kainu and Melanie were such a big help with what I needed. They gave me their FULL attention and I truly felt valued as a customer! I would be disappointed if they didnt get a bonus or something for making one happy customer! Thank you!! ❤

Great place to shop

Parking is behind the building you gotta walk kinda far. They got 1 door to enter 1 side to exit. Had decent selection of woman's but not alot of med or large sizes kinda picked over but found lots of oversized long sweatshirts.

Very well laid out and sufficient inventory to actually make purchases. It was nice not to be told, " it might be available on the website". Thank you!!

Great store, well stocked, super reasonable prices.

Love this place I can always find a few things. It might be for work or for fun. I can always find something I want or need at this place.
I like that u can also bring in old clothes and get a 15% discount off the current clothing u r buying.
They keep this place pretty clean and its not to crowded w/clothing like some places.
Another thing I like about this place is the mens and kids clothing are up stairs so everyone is not in everyone's way and there r not little kids running around.

Love the clothes! Have very minimum of kids section but every year it gets bigger and better!
