I mainly just come here to do amazon returns but the people who work here are so nice and friendly. Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude. There is one guy named George who usually takes care of me, and is always happy to help.

Got helped by George today. Excellent service as always. In fact, this store and the entire staff are fantastic. I've been shipping with them for years and they're simply the best to work with. Fast, professional, and courteous. 10/10.

My Father went into this location a few weeks ago to drop off a package that needed to be returned to Amazon. Amazon sent me a QR code for the return, that I forwarded to my Dad.
When My Dad, who is in his 60’s, got into the store to return the package, GEORGE was there to assist him, and we would just like to recognize his exceptional service skills!!! The QR code would not scan because it was surrounded by an all black background. Obviously my father didn’t know what to do to fix this, so GEORGE took white business cards and bordered off the QR code, then took a picture of it and cropped it and it scanned. Then the package went on it’s way- All thanks to GEORGE!

Been here a few times and I gotta say my latest experience ( few minutes ago ) was one of the best services I have ever had in any establishment. George was very accommodating and helped me with everything I need quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond. I have hopes that his management will take notice.

I come here to drop off my packages almost everyday.
Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Some days they are busy but they work fast.

The lady was like an Amazon Return ninja! Went through 4 people in like a minute.

Had literally no issues with the notary at this location. Really friendly and effecient. We rent right about noon to have a legal gaurdianship document notarized. Really glad we were in and out in about 10min.

This UPS store distinguishes itself in providing excellent customer services. Regardless if my mail or packages were sent from US or internationally I always got them promptly either directly or by having them forwarded to the address of my travel. Excellent work! Thank you!

The service here is very good and the store is in good order. I just missed the window for pick ups but the person helping me ran to the back to make sure my package was included. If you are sending something important, I would trust this store.

Pretty darn good: we have a mailbox for two people and a new business we're incorporating. Right around the time it was due to be renewed, we happened to be moving. So we held off, and paid for three months at another location much closer to us now. But the difference in personal service and attitude was night and day. So we went back, and paid to renew here at Rainbow Blvd even though it's a longer drive for us. We chalk up the 3 months' mailbox fee at the other place as a learning experience.

So the reason we like it so much and decided to stay is that it's simply a good experience every time we come in, which is at least once per week (to check our mail). The people are always friendly, remember us immediately, and even go out of their way to help out with little things.

I've been using their services for the last 6 years. Always a nice staff member ready to help you out. I don't go to the post office any more... :)
The last 5 years I've had a mailbox/suite number there and I have my mail forwarded to me because I relocated out of state. Any time I have any problem or any question they are very responsive either by phone or by email.

We use the UPS Store as our business mailing address and the people there are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable as well as willing to go above and beyond (helping customers with emergency banking or deposits) and they are ALWAYS friendly to us! Love you guys!

Hi I just wanna share my story I really like the customer service in this location specially the manager Kris she is a really good worker and she help me a lot I lost my package and she was there for me every time I went and ask she help me a lot I really want to say thank you so much you are the best finally we find it on my friend to receive his package but you work so hard you didn’t want to give up on it and I appreciate that you are so awesome
