O'Reilly Auto Parts

This is my "go to" parts store. They always have the parts that I need. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is always well stocked along with being clean and orderly. Never had a bad experience at this location. If I could only get them to do all the work on my truck too....lol

Knocked it out of the park for me. I knew my battery was a problem. They put a new one in my car in about 3 minutes. I highly recommend this place

It was awesome. The older manager with the glasses helped me install my Edelbrock cone filter on my car. Also at first the girl manager helped me too. Very friendly and helpful staff. It required an adapter and a metal sleeve. I highly recommend this store for all of your automotive needs. Having worked at Advance down the street for a year I was really impressed. Excellent service! My engine light came on almost in front of O'Reilly's Auto parts so I pulled in went inside and ask for help. A gentleman came outside with a machine and found some codes... he told me my gas cap was not on tight enough. That fix my problem!!! Thank you O'Reilly's... you customer representative saved me a $95 service fee that the dealership would have charged me for the same procedure!!!

Great service! Don had my battery tested and a new one in the car within 30 minutes. 👏👏👏

I needed to replace the TPMS sensors on the truck, so called around checking price and availability, I placed my order online and picked them the next morning. Overall, the process was pretty straightforward and easy. I had paid online also, so when I stopped to pick up, I just gave them my name and had the email receipt ready. They retrieved the parts and sent me on my way in less than 5 minutes.

He let me get screen shots of the codes and even looked up their meanings for us.

These guys are super honest and always very helpful! On a recent visit, we were working on my son's vehicle and had to return a $140 part and purchase some additional supplies. We paid for the new supplies with a credit card and left without picking up our cash for the return. They tracked down our phone number. We got a call the next day letting us know we had left the cash. Now, this is the definition of an honest worker!

My Expedition was acting up. I pulled in to the store in Daphne on 98. Don tested my battery and it was on its last leg. He and Rickey fixed me up with a new one at a good price. They cleaned my terminals and replaced my hold down that I didn’t know was missing. Great service from two good guys. Thanks.

I was traveling from Texas and had my alternator go bad right in the O'reilly's parking lot. The two employees Josh and Sage sold me my part and new belt, they told me an item like an alternator they could not install for me. BUT they stayed an hour after work and installed it for me with their personal tools and rejected payment. I will definitely recommend anyone to go in and bring those two boys business. They went above and beyond for me and the should be paid more than what they said they were making. God Bless.

Somehow I have always chose O'Reilly before their competition. Today I had a pleasure meeting one of the Daphne O'Reilly managers. I was treated with respect, people who I talked to were caring and knowledgeable. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts.

They were very helpful when our truck was acting up on Sunday evening right before closing time. They knew we were from Texas and wanted to help as much as they could. Thanks again!

Always very friendly and helpful service never a problem going here and they'll take the time to help replace your wiper blades and battery on the spot at no charge.

This and the Advance Auto in Spanish Fort are my go-to for auto parts. Always great service and availability of parts. Honor warranties and have good product knowledge.

Have always had great experiences at this store. Go in, tell them what I need and they get it for me.

Really helpful people. Tools on site is always nice. Only had 1 bad experience at O'Reilly but it wasn't at this location.
