Had such a great experience here!! Definitely did not think i would pick a couch and kitchen table so quickly- but James was determined on finding something for us!! He was very polite and helpful, not overbearing like some salesmen can be. He was patient, listened to what we were looking for/not looking for and accommodated to our preferences/needs! We even picked out rugs for both sets and left VERY HAPPY!! Stop by here and see James for your furniture needs!!! :)

Osmany was very patient and helpful and not pushy at all, also the manager David was above and beyond to get us 12 months financing. Really redeemed our feelings about shopping with Ashley’s for the second time. Very happy with this purchase!

As soon as I entered the store Dianne welcomed me and was eager to help! This was my first time buying furniture and I couldn’t have imagined a more helpful and insightful guide as I navigated the plethora of options. I had specific criteria due to the size and feel of my space and Dianne was careful to consider each aspect of my needs when showing me sectionals and beds that would work for me. She was kind and a pleasure to talk to! It felt like furniture shopping with a close friend even though this was our first encounter. So happy with my experience and the awesome couch I just purchased.

Eva is the one who helped me look for a couch, she showed us a few and we found just one that we liked. It was perfect for what we expected we decided to leave the other couches. Thank you Eva for your help.

We had a great experience shopping at Ashley home store. Cory was our sales representative and she was Amazing. She showed us all of the selections of leather couches that we were specifically looking for. She was pleasant and she did not rush us or try to sell us anything we didn't want. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for furniture. We were very pleased with the selection of furniture in the store.

Was greeted at the door. Sondra did a great job showing us options. Matching colors and we were looking for small dinging chairs as our dining room on smaller side. My main concern was finding color and looking for espresso colored legged dining chairs at a reasonable price. Delivery Wednesday so cannot comment on that service or if I’m satisfied but I think it will work for us.

Great experience shopping here and we will be back soon! We worked with Eva and she was very sweet and friendly from the moment she greeted us at the door. Our purchase was a little complicated and took a few weeks to complete, but Eva kept in touch and updated me throughout the process. She was super patient and understanding, very helpful, and it felt like she had our best interest in mind. We love our items and will definitely be shopping here with Eva again once we need some updates!

Came in to buy an inexpensive chair, but Sondra our sales person suggested something that might be more durable so I thought I would give it a try, based on her experience I went along with her suggestions and am happy to say she assisted me in my choice and I’m very pleased. I’m a former businessman I’ve been retired now for several years, but my business was based on sales people like Sondra..
She greeted us when we came in the door.
She asked what we were interested in.
Then she went right to work showing us everything we were interested in.
Then she showed us a few other chairs giving me choices but allowing me to make the final decision based on what I liked.
One turn off for me is a pushy salesperson,
This was not Sondra.
She was sharply dressed and knew her stuff.
She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, just what I like a salesperson to be.
Yes I spent 3 times the amount of money I had intended to but quality, durability and appearance have meaning.
I’m excited and can’t wait to sit in my functional and beautiful chair.

Eva was amazing. I popped in for a quick minute to take a glance at what they had after being at another furniture store yesterday. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me just that. I had to run due to appointments I told her I’d be back. I’m back and bought my couch.

Eddy was AMAZING and took excellent care of us!!!! He was not pushy or forceful, but genuinely wanted us to be happy with what we got. Ashley is always such a positive experience and I love the products. We’ve purchased with them for over 10 years

James was the best salesman I could’ve asked for. At first I couldn’t find what I needed in my budget but he went out of his way to find a deal that worked for me. He was personal, friendly, and had my interests at heart. I’ve done a lot of furniture shopping in my time and I’ve always hated it but this experience was a complete 180. Would recommend to any and everyone.

Find the perfect set of real leather couches. He also helped me find the best temperpudic bed that adjustments to help with my back pain. Thank you so much again!

Went looking for a small sofa that would be within our budget. James was super friendly and helped out as soon as we walked through the door, he had really great taste, and we ended up purchasing a sectional (which was my original preference) that was just under our budget and worked out perfectly. He was awesome and I’m glad I had someone to walk me through the store and make small suggestions while I browsed. Plus he smelled good lol. THANKS JAMES !!!! If you’re looking for a good deal you gotta look for him, he knows his stuff. :)

Finally was able to get all the pieces we wanted. We waked in with some pictures of living rooms and were promptly greeted by James. We showed him what we were looking for and he showed us our options and what’s new. Not only did he help us find what we wanted, he made sure it was available. When it’s time to change the other rooms, we’ll definitely see James.

Eva was wonderful helping us find all of our pieces for our new home. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find what was perfect for us. We also had our 2 year old with us and she was so good with her and patient and kind. Thank you Eva!
