I visited 2 stores before finally stopping here and finding the perfect color and size of crocs I was looking for. Melek and Integrity were so helpful and sweet! We left with the cutest, sparkliest, crocs and charms to match. 🥰😍

I had a great experience here purchasing some shoes , Meleik helped me decide on the perfect pair and grabbed a size for me being friendly and nice the whole time! Thanks again! :)

Bailey was simply wonderful!
I called inquiring on a very specific item for my daughter and Bailey took the time to check in the back for the size I was searching for and as luck would have it, she had one pair left! She exemplified customer service to perfection! I believe people shop with people and I’ll definitely be back to shop with her in the near future! I hope she will be recognized and rewarded!
Also, John the manager was very lovely and helpful as well!

I recently visited the Southtown Journey's. Corona helped me, and she did an amazing job!! I was so impressed with her service and friendly attitude.

I forget the man's name but his customer service has mad me only wanna get my shoes and my family's shoes at journeys! He was super nice extremely knowledgeable not pushy I can tell he is a good man and a man that takes pride in his work!!!!

I went in to get a pair of uggs for my fiancé. The first time they did not have them in stock and instead of ordering them as I am impatient we got a different pair and I came back a little while later to see if they had it and they did not. Again Kaylee was more than happy to offer to order the item for me which eventually I decided to do, however they were not in stock online at all so instead she helped me get a pair that are very similar on hold at another store. All in very polite and respectful staff kudos to kaylee, Trevor, and Jacob!

Jacob was amazing! He made me feel very comfortable and attended to my needs in an orderly and friendly fashion. I'm writing this review and giving 5 stars specifically because of him.

I've had only good experiences here. I've been buying shoes from this store for several years and their service is always impeccable. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. The assistant manager, in particular has been very noteworthy.

Really great store there was a worker wearing a naruto sweater he wall really patient and really nice and kept bringing shoes to show us and the store had a really great selection of shoes also had the Halloween vans and more I recommend coming here if you visit the mall :)

Awesome experience today wish i would have gotten the employee's name around 4pm we were helped by a gentleman who was not only Harry Potter fan (huge brownie points) but help me and my daughter find matching shoes by the brand that we wanted great customer service.
