I went to the CVS inside target on Hamilton road in new Albany Ohio. The staff was extremely helpful throughout the process of me needing a prior authorization. When I came to pick up my order, the pharmacist recognized me and chatted with the kiddos I had with me. I’ve only had positive experiences at this CVS location, which is very rare for CVS in general.

The sweetest pharmacist-always caring & gives great tips for each medication to work as effectively as possible. My medication is always filled quickly here!

Was busy my rx was ready and they checked me out without any problems.

i was told my prescription would be ready today right when they came back from lunch. i came to pick it up two hours or so after dropping it off and i was told it wasn’t ready yet. after an extremely frustrating conversation with the tech because she refused to give me a time & kept saying “it’s gonna take a while” she FINALLY threw her hands in the air very rudely and told me it would be ready at 5:30.

they close at 5. this is disgusting behavior coming from a so called medical professional. you don’t get to pick and choose when your job is too hard to do it the right way. i work at target and had been there since 6:30 this morning, all i wanted was to simply know what time to go back because i didn’t want to stay there any longer. her rude attitude was one thing, but for her to downright lie and tell me my prescriptions were gonna be ready AFTER they closed? i don’t care how difficult your job is, DONT mess with patients medication because you can’t handle the stress of doing your job, period (ah👅)
