Great location. Super helpful and friendly staff. Veronica in the bakery helped me pick out cupcakes for a family reunion which was super nice. And Travis not only helped me find bug spray but also was a super fast cashier. Top notch store!

Well stocked. Immaculately clean. Super friendly associates. It has been a while since I have been to this grocery store, but I think it has become my new favorite. Keep up the good work. I’ll be back!

Ain't no wayyy eeayyy eeaayyy

I moved here from NY 18 months ago and was unsure as to who I was gonna shop with but I went in this supermarket and was instantly satisfied with my shopping trip. The store was clean. The food items were readily available and fresh. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They greet you at checkout. I've been shopping here ever since.
Almost 5 years later and I'm still shopping here. Some of the staff has changed but not the quality of customer service. The staff is friendly and they ask if I found everything I wanted...store is clean. I love this store.
I'm still an avid shopper at Food Lion but at this store they've instituted 4 self-checkout registers in addition to the manned registers. At these registers you have payment options. There are store staff in the immediate area to assist the shopper if needed. In the customer service area you can buy cigarettes, money orders,stamps, play lottery, cash certain checks, rent carpet cleaning machines & much more.

Food for the low low, as well as other items to support your lifestyle....very convenient.

Very clean, fully stocked and had everything I was looking for.

Great customer service at register. Cashier very friendly and interactive. Store was clean and other staff very friendly also. Seemed to be fully stocked with fresh quality food products and goods.

Jessica is an amazing leader at this location. I love her positive energy. She’s an asset to the management team. I had an issue in another department… however Jessica took ownership so I really appreciate her time… kindness and genuine care. Leading by example is critical… I hope the representatives in HR acknowledge her for outstanding customer service… definitely want everyone to know she is amazing.

I wish I could give Jessica and her team as she calls it more than 5 stars. I have been coming to this store for years and I have never had AWESOME Customer Service like this. Jessica makes everything easy for us-she calls it a “ONE STOP SHOP!!” We love her cheerfulness, smile, laughter and the way she makes EVERY customer feel like they are the only customer. I love when Robert is there with her because you come in for bread and leave out with a tummy ache from laughing at those two they have a great relationship.
The store is clean, have everything I need and more with such a wonderful Woman and her team to complete your day! 100 stars for them!!!!

My recommendation is to get the wings they have when they offer the hot food near the Bakery it's very affordable and way cheaper than buying it from regular wing stores..Also they always have 2 for 1 deals for free membership cards.

Every Food Lion I go into is kept up nice and clean. Very busy but lines kept moving at a good pace. Cashier was friendly as well as other associates in the store. Will definitely return to this location again in the near future.

This is one of two of my favorite stores to buy groceries. The staff is friendly and patient. They ask at checkout if you found everything you came for. They practice social distancing and sanitize between customers. They have a divider in place between them and the customers.

This is still my go to store...because of ongoing inflation, I buy in bulk. I take full advantage of the MVP program and it definitely saves $$. The staff is friendly and patient. Great tasting grapes..better than Wegmans grapes.

The staff at the Pembroke Meadows Food Lion are consistently very helpful and friendly every time I visit [which is amazing!].....this is why me and my wife shop there quite frequently....

Anyway. thanks to the store manager who must encourage this in his employees....
