Always a nice place to pick up some cheap cards, staff is knowledgeable about all the gaming media and it's pleasant to carry a conversation with them about the games I play; very friendly and welcoming environment.

I have to say that this place is perfect! If you're tired of Gamestop and their annoying exchange rates. Please try this place. They have everything that an angry video game nerd would ever need. And they're cheap! Best game and novelty store in my area.

I stopped in for the first time today. I'd bought a used xbox from someone else last year, and they went above and beyond to troubleshoot setting it up with me, diagnosing my controllers and replacing broken ones for a fair price. Would recommend.

Game X Change was a great place to visit.Immediately when I came in,I got greeted and the asked what I was looking for and I told them and they focused nothing more of but taking me straight to my product I wanted which was a couple DS and 3DS games cause I started playing 3DS again cause why not.They helped me out making sure my visit was great and helping me find what games I wanted.Although I didn’t find some I wanted I’m still giving this place a five star rating cause the employees nailed their tasks and procedures on business and making me feel welcomed and all in the store.Thanks Game X Change for the great store and for helping me out and I hope you guys get some more cool DS games and 3DS games.

I like playing video games for fun I may get competitive every now and then but, I would not consider myself a gamer by any means. This was only my 2nd time in a Game Exchange (the first time I literally was in there long enough to ask one question and then left). So I went in for 1 game for my 360 and I came home with 7 new games. Their prices are incredible to say the least. Even though the 360 games had only one side of a whole shelf, it was still a very decent amount of games to choose from. They informed me when I checked out I would have 90 days to bring them back if they didn't work. Which is way longer than 95% of any regular everyday store that I go into. When I got home every single game I bought was in immaculate shape. If I had no idea where I had just bought those games I would have bet money that they were brand new. I will definitely be returning to this store to fulfill my future gaming needs.

I absolutely love the people here! Very helpful with recommendations and are just straight up video game geeks. Highly recommend for those trading in games or getting consoles. 😁

This place is awesome. There's a good selection for about everything from old to new, good, competitive prices, and they do you very fair on trades and store credit. Definitely stop here before going on to a bigger chain game store.

Awesome staff and the merch is amazing!

Was thrilled to see the old GameStop manager working here. He is great! The store is so cool from old records, toys, clothes, guitars, to old consoles and games. So much better than GameStop. They crammed so much stuff in there it's crazy but very organized. We will be back!

Seriously one of the best hidden gems in the area. This store has a wide selection that one would expect in a mall, but without the long drive and crowds. Everything is very reasonably priced, and they have friendly, knowledgeable employees. Love the amount of anime merch, Japanese snacks and novelty drinks too.

Screw GameStop; this is THE place for your video game needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, their prices are more than reasonable, and the amount of vintage they have is enough to satisfy anyone looking to add to their N64 or PS1 collection. Check out the display cases for some RARE goodies, like NIB copies of Majoras Mask and so much more.

Staff is friendly and attentive usually dont have the games I'm looking for because they are sold out due to high demand but it's got lots of variety
