Trevor was extremely professional, and helpful. I came in to trade in my old iPhone for the 15 pro max and his service was above and beyond. Extremely grateful for the service he provided me. Thank you AT&T i am glad this is the closest location to my house!

It’s what you would expect. With covid staffing seems low which is reasonable but they were quick to get to us and help out as well as giving us info to help with potential issues down the road. Overall would recommend this location.

My partner and I are on our 60’s - we are educated but all thumbs with new technology - Janet and Arian were patient and kind and I was able to upgrade, save money AND they walked us through in installing the new direct TV streaming - incredible service… we will come back for sure

Alexis at the AT&T store in Downtown Summerlin is a gem! Every time I go I learn something from her and she has such a kind attitude that she makes me feel comfortable with things I don't know. I go out of my way to go to this store even though I only live a few blocks from another one. I highly recommend all of the techs at this store!
