The UPS Store

Sandra was so nice and helpful. As a mom I was frazzled and all over the place as I was running errands. She was beyond kind and patient with me. The store is also clean and tidy compared to others I have been too. Other UPS stores in the area cannot compare to the customer service that I was given today at this location. I will only be coming to this location going forward.

Sandy was absolutely wonderful.
We've not really done this before returning items to Amazon. Not gonna explain the long story about my phone but I couldn't get great service even connected to their wifi
She was so patient and kind treated us like we were the only customers in the store (it was packed!!)
I really appreciate her being so calm and helping me in a stressful situation

Our visit time was around d 2pm and it was packed but you both were very efficient and just were great at your job!

I came in the store on 1/29/24 and want to say how kind and knowledgeable the woman named Sandy was. It was extremely busy and I have to be honest I have no idea what the qr codes and customer pack meant lol but she helped me while dealing with a huge line!!! You rock Sandy thank you so much for helping me I know its not easy what all of you guys do and thank you all!

Had a wonderful experience at this location! I had a huge box to return. They even helped me with it. They were very welcoming all smiles, and made the whole process easy. This will definitely be my location for all my UPS shipping and packing needs.

GREAT place! Love this store!! Great staff and very personable. Super nice people. I have taken pictures of their wonderful facility. If you are in the area, you should stop by and use their services. They are awesome!

This store should be the gold standard for all UPS stores, & all shipping services period! Friendly & helpful in every way.
Wouldn't even think about using another shipping center, even if I have to go an extra mile or two.

Good place to mail a package. She forgot to scan the bag that I used to mail my package. So I had to do two transactions. But she was nice about it.

Went in to do an Amazon return and have lamination done. Service was quick, friendly and easy! Didn’t know this store was here but it will be my go-to in the future!

The UPs 7592, 1210 Thompson Bridge Rd is a great place to drop off packages. Sandra the customer service agent is always so helpful.

Awesome service! Mr. Amin was so kind to assist me with printing a letter from my tablet. Shop was busy but he was very patient with me!

did an amazon return super simple and easy.
well only trouble was i had to step outside to load the code on the app bc my service inside was no good

Just went for the first time. I returned several Amazon items and it was incredibly easy and the employee was great! She was very friendly and efficient! I will definitely be going here again.

I am SOO happy to have another UPS store to use instead of the one on Dawsonville HWY that is always so busy with no parking and long waits. This new store is so nice and clean. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly nice and helpful!! This new location’s entrance is just below the the staircase next to Elevate fitness in the Publix shopping center on Thompson Bridge. There is plenty of parking and best of all, it is easy to get in and out of their parking lot!!! 😍🥰😎🥳🙏🏻
