The UPS Store

There is an employee at this location named John and I can confidently say that this dear man does not get paid enough. Twice now, I have haphazardly brought an ungodly amount of Amazon returns. Not only that, but my QR codes were a mess and I did not have them matched to my products. Both times he has chugged his mango Pepsi in preparation to take care of my large order with zeal. Truly, more businesses could use customer service like his and I am so appreciative that he was there to assist me.

I am thrilled with this UPS location! Especially JOHN...he is quick, patient and efficient! The only reason I don't mind buying on Amazon is because I know I can return things quickly. Even my children give me their items to return because they know I will do returns for them (but only on days I work near the UPS in Lutherville Timonium). Thank you, John! You deserve a raise! :)

UPS in Lutherville/Timonium is my GO TO place for all Amazon returns. I have been going to this location for the last approximately four years. They have a guy who works there (I think John?) who is so quick and patient (when I am trying to figure out which code goes to which package). I used to hate doing returns, but at this location, things move so quickly that I will even stop in when I am in a rush since I know I will get out super fast!

After many disappointments using USPS postal delivery services, I started coming to the UPS Store Lutherville about 3 years ago, and I cannot say enough good things about UPS or this location. They are always patient and kind, even with the line out the door. This is my go-to for any type of package delivery!

Simply amazing service. Long story short, I had a watch shipped that had the wrong address...the UPS store was able to find the watch in their system and they called me to let me know that had the package in their possession and I could come pick it up....above and beyond their responsibility. please patronage them if possible...

This review is mostly for Richard who helped me with notary services today. He was so kind and helpful with guiding me through the process. I had an issue with filling the form out wrong and he was very patient and gave me some options on what I could do. If he hadn’t helped me I would’ve had to come back on another day which I really didn’t want to do. He was really nice to every customer that walked in. This store was very busy and the staff there work really efficiently, they help you instantly. I had a great experience here, thank you Richard!

I have to say the gentleman at this store are amazing! I had a online print order (funeral program) that I originally tried at Office Depot and staples both who couldn’t print in the time I needed it. Found UPS and placed the order online for a different store a day ahead of my deadline. The manager of the original store (Cockeysville) apparently doesn’t check his online orders, I placed at 9 am pick up at 5 pm all to be told it wasn’t ready and asked if I could come back tomorrow. I agreed. Next day I get a call with Ann excuse if he can’t print it for me 🤦🏽‍♀. Found this location placed the order online then called to confirm it was received and that they could print it. The gentleman assured me they would get it done. At the end of the day, these gentleman got my programs done for me and even thought the folding machine was not in store they attempted to hand fold them for me. Excellent customer service!! Very appreciative of their efforts in helping me get this done.

Always receive great service - employees are friendly and helpful. Packages are always delivered promptly and correctly.

I had waited 15 minutes in the line at Kohls to return my Amazon order and was told I couldn’t because I had a UPS number instead of a Kohls number. I went here expecting the same line but the associate got me in and out with 4 different returns without issue. He was very nice and efficient and I’m very glad I visited.

Chris and Ricky were my angels today! I refinanced my home in SC and the lawyer did not tell me I needed a notary and 2 witnesses. These guys came through. No wait, had 3 people working in the store. Easy, peasy. The only challenge is that I stopped at a different UPS store prior to this location and the other was packed. I hate to tell everyone that this location never has a wait for fear of it getting crowded! You guys rock!

I needed something notarized and overnighted quickly. I was pretty frantic and Sean was quick and accommodating with both notarizing my papers and then helping me find the best shipping option. I cannot tell you what it meant to be so reassured that my documents would make it to where they needed to go by the deadline. Sean anticipated all my questions and addressed my needs in such a swift and professional way. I’ve seriously never had service like this at a UPS Store, or any shipping company for that matter. Excellent service! Representatives were friendly and took care of me in a matter of minutes. The UPS store up york rd north was absolutely terrible. The stores are 2 miles away from each other. I highly recommend coming to this one instead.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to for ups in Lutherville! The guys who work here are so friendly and helpful!! I have never left without AMAZING service and I have been using this ups location a few times a month for over 2 years. Thank you for always helping me- whether it’s taping up my package, dropping my usps package for me, or just simply being friendly and kind!

My go to store for returning anything to Amazon. Even though kids work here they are friendly and move the line fast. I have never had any issues with this store. They also have a notary that we used. Highly recommend!

On a day, when everything was going wrong, I ended up coming to this location for service. The staff was young and probably not as job focused as they should have been, but they were still very helpful, quick, and friendly. I'll definitely be going back for any other needs.

William helped me out every time I shipped something out. He's well-trained and willing to serve his customers w/ passion. So I like this place basically because of him.
