I had a pleasant experience with coles towing a while back. I know the reviews are bad but they looked out for me. No one would tow my car from my alcoholic ex who was driving the thing with no license. I called coles and proved I owned the car, they picked it right up. He was really nice and pleasant to work with. Not to mention took a drunk driver off the road. Thankfully I don’t have issue anymore but thanks you guys! They saved someone from being killed.

We gave an ETA Customer knew it from our Road side assistance. We could not help traffic esp 55 miles out. We are the only company to accept the call and still she was not happy. We take our customer service very serious. We have towed this lady twice. Was upset that time as well. So we simply told her to not request us due to her not being happy. We tell anyone that is not happy with our service to look else where. we have been around for years. What we have learned is you can't make everyone happy. But people must post the facts. She stated to road side she needed a certain truck. Once we arrived we found that to be different. We could of dispatched a different truck. However we had to pull one from charlotte due to her request. So mid morning traffic to go 200 miles to make her happy did not work. Sorry! Guess we will need to get plane wreckers next!

I see alot of pissed off people commenting here, and it makes sense, its a towing company. People get outraged when they get towed from private property, and come to learn that that is at LEAST a 400 fine. With any tow comany. But that's not their fault. That's a standard fee. As far as regular tow rates, very competitive, and very safe, relaible people. Ive no realation, no reason to be biased, but these guys are my go to when it comes to towing.

I got stuck in the mud and was able to call these guys and they were out really fast, about 20 minutes after I called, despite it being almost 10pm. The driver, Chris, was extremely nice guy and we were both able to laugh at the situation. Good price and excellent service. Hopefully don't need there service again but will have no issues calling them if I do!!

Man where do i start lets say My man Mr.Cole lets say within the first hour of him meeting me i was at his house driving a car that me and my family purchased the next day not to mention we met his family is wife Tamera and Lil jensen but back on the business part mr. Cole just gave me the keys and said test drive it .He was very honest very supportive very caring i feel like i been knowing Mr.Cole 20 years and as a 29 year old African American man he made me feel like we were family... Im typing all over the place bc im sitting in the Suv he sold me ... But to the world and to whomever may be reading I road the scooter with his son we played catch we had a ball back to the business ‘From the time i test drove from the time i came back the next day he took it to miniken got a full engine review as well as paid for the oil change it gets better he filled the tank up not to mention he allowed me to drive it home with his tag on his insurance somebody give mr cole an award... one last note I will only use him to tow and i will check with him before i ever purchase a car from someone else to see if he has anything for sale ...he also agreed to tow my f150 Awesome guy thanks
