Circle K

Adrian checked me out today, embarrassingly enough I paid for my tank of gas outside - & only had my stack of candy my husband sent me to get… But with a huge line of people in front and back of me, this young man was as respectful and kind as I’ve seen… the old school customer service I was used to growing up in Exeter, NH. This young man is a hard worker and if Circle K new what was best for themselves, they’d offer him a pay raise and a promotion!!! Such a sweet kid, and as someone who works in customer service… I know how tough people can be.

The new Manager Cassandra is so nice! What a difference in my day.

Nice store but the bathrooms aren’t the cleanest. Also, one of the dryers in the car wash was broken and the rest didn’t dry the car very well. Besides that, the car wash worked well. Store also has friendly employees.

Not much I can say here, I was only here to pick up doughnuts.

Says that it is a 24/7 location, but wasn't open at 1am. Hours need updated.

Store employees were extremely rude and unprofessional! I don’t know their names but one gentleman was older with glasses and the other was young kid with a tanner complexion and told me not to come back to the store because they told me product for a higher price then was on the label..the older gentleman told me he “didnt have time to change the tags” because “he’s only one person” and I said well then maybe everyone else that works here should help instead of standing around doing nothing.. it’s not a lie or “ talking mad smack” as the younger gentleman put it..it’s the truth. He then had another customer come out of the store threatening to “kick my ass” for not being happy about what had just occurred! Both of these men need to be fired! ASAP!

Business hours are weak. As per sign on the door, every day open only from 5am-7pm.

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH IT WILL BREAK SOMETHING. I went through and it snapped my mirror forward and back, lost the top plate went flying into the car behind me. While looking for the piece of my car I also found someone’s rear windshield wiper that I thought was mine luckily it wasn’t. After reporting the situation circle k has a special person that chooses whether they are at fault or not, now I said circle k hires this someone so no matter what you loose cause circle k pays there salary PLEASE DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS 5 MIN DOWN THE ROAD THERE IS A CAR WAS OWNED BY A VERY NICE MAN GO THERE PLEASE

After they took $40 of my money for gas, I was told that I could not use the men's room because they don't want to clean it after 7pm. What about a motorist that needs it? I don't care about all the drama that comes with it. I just wanted to relieve myself so I could continue on my way. I will not use circle k/Irving again. It's a horrible way to treat paying customers just because you're employee doesn't want to clean the restroom. I'm sure Cumberland farms would gladly take my money. I would give you ZERO 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Wish I could leave less than one star. Went to there lovely car wash. Paid the $15, to wait 10 minutes for the machine to do nothing. Once I called they told me they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t purchase the wash through the app. WORST customer service.

Customer service is the worst i've ever seen. Car wash broke down while I was inside it. Angry employees get mad when you get to check out. This place needs help
Wont go back. *UPDATE* I decided to give it another chance and was mocked by a female employee named REBECCA (BECKY) saying "I'll be okay I don't need to panic" because I was frustrated about standing at the counter for 15 minutes while she ignored me, stocking shelves.

My husband stopped to get gas and I saw that the store had a crypto kiosk. So I went in and bought $40 in Ethereum. 12 hours later I have yet to receive the money in my wallet and the receipt I finally received from Bitcoin Depot says I will be receiving $16.94. That means their fee was $23.06. That is ridiculous. Never stopping here again. BUYER BEWARE!! Highway robbery!

The time now is 9:25 PM on a Thursday night. Hours of operation say open until midnight. The store clerk is vacuuming with the door locked. I knocked, he said we are closed.

Came to get gas at 9:52 store was closed said it was open to 12 had to go take my buisness elsewhere very sad

The lady named sparky that works here is a royal female dog. One of those washed up cigarette smoking trailer trash types that shouldn’t even have a job.
