CVS

I’m writing this review because of one thing, or should I say, person. Monique is the most AWESOME person I have ever dealt with at CVS.
I just relocated to Jacksonville, FL and went to CVS because it was easier to transfer my prescriptions than go to another pharmacy.
Going in for the first time, I had nothing good to say. The line was long, nobody wanted to help. Then, Monique came into the picture. She was concerned about the price I was having to pay for my prescription. She asked me to give her a few minutes and she found a cheaper alternative for my current discount card. I could have hugged her but…Covid! I will return just because of her!

This location is great I have never ever had A problem of any kind here ! Great service very clean store,,My medication is ready when I get there,,,If I need help with A problem about My Medication I get help,,,very nice People here ,,,I will never go anywhere else ! Thank You CVS,,

If I’m reviewing a CVS, it usually means one of two things, either it was the most horrific experience or it was a very positive one.

Now I must say, I only went in there to pick up some deodorant, but the staff members were so friendly and positive, to the point I’m writing a review on a CVS.

It was a nice change interacting with some happy and positive people!

Every time I come to CVS, I have received a text that meds are ready. Then I get here and no they are not. After being told the same thing today in the drive thru, I went in and asked the lady at the pharmacy to please explain their texting system to me (mind you I was so angry, I was ready to blow up!!), but Monique was patient, looked at her screen, looked at me with a giant smile and said "I don't know". She told me not to move and my script was ready in 5 minutes, not the 2 hours I was told at Drive thru. Monique is the reason I kept my cool and did not pull my scripts from this store. She is a keeper CVS! Great attitude, honest and will make you laugh! Thanks Monique!

I appreciate the hard work you endure being open 24 hours a day. The pharmacist was professional and kind. If you all were closer, you would be the main CVS I would use. Thank you!!!
